The exterior walls were not fully visible due to overgrown vegetation. Large tree or trees were too close at the of the house. These trees may need to be removed to reduce the possibility of damage to the foundation, siding, and / or roof.

10) Faucet Conditions AS The hose faucets appeared to be in serviceable condition at the time of the inspection. These should be drained prior to freezing temperatures. Recommend installing freeze proof hose bib to prevent any damage from freezing tempatures

11) Chimney Conditions R The chimney showed signs of settlement cracks and or separations. The chimney and / or flue did not have a rain cap installed. Recommend a cap be installed during normal chimney maintenance. Sealing is needed between the chimney and the wall. Water penetration may have occurred. Further evaluation would require the removal of siding, which is not performed as part of our inspection. Chimeny flashing is in poor condition.It is suggested that a "Licensed Roofing Contractor" be contacted for further evaluation and repair.

Standing water was noticed.It is suggested that a "Licensed Plumbing Contractor" be contacted for further evaluation and repair.

75) Foundation Conditions R Minor moisture stains were observed on the foundation walls. This may be an indication of water penetration, which is not unusual for a block foundation. The inspector was unable to determine if the water stains were active or passive at the time of inspection. Client should obtain disclosure / history information from the seller regarding any previous water penetration. Crawlspace walls were observed to have some damage to the south side of the home near the sewer main exit. Crawlspace has abandonded HVAC system remaining and would benefit from cleaning and encapsulation.
