Construction of new Academic and Accomodation Blocks within the Exeter University Campus. The INTO academic block to the bottom of the page was involved the employment of a Feng Shui specialist as the Orientation of the building, internal spaces and colours had to meet with the requirements of Oriental students who use this facility. Client side project manager for the whole of Birks Grange, Duryard and Lafrowda. Top picture shows Birks Grange accomodation with construction mainly timber framed with modular system/pods. Management of all enabling works including the introduction of blown fibre cabling between individual sites within this vast campus.

Discovery Wharf Sutton Harbour

Luxury Apartment complex on the Sutton Harbour Front in Plymouth. Project Management working for the Architects. One of the first luxury apartment blocks within this area. The ground floor is made up of retail units.

Bedruthan Steps 4* Hotel

Whole Project Management and some design of this Conversion and Refurbishment project undertaken within a very restricted time frame. Refurbishment of the majority of rooms, conversion of squash courts into a bar and family area and the construction of a new entrance with lift and wc facilities. This project was to an exceptionally high standard with a great level of care taken to ensure high quality workmanship and finishes. Undertaken directly with clients.

94 Queensgate South Kensignton London

The conversion of a prime location property into 3 flats and 2 Maisonettes with exceptionally high quality fittings and finishes. The apartments valued 3.5m+. Project management of the whole conversion with very close liaison with the client.

Mansion House Devington Park, Exminister

The Mansion House is one of several GradeII* listed buildings on the Devington Park Estate. The buildings are part of a Mental Asylum converted into Houses, Luxery Apartments and flats. The Mansion House isof particular importance and a great deal of Conservation design and build had to be integrated into the scheme to cater for a large colony of bats. Special features were introduced to house the bats without compromising the top level luxury apartment which also has access to the clock tower balcony. The project was opened by HRH Prince Charleswho had an interest in the retentionof the historic character of the site. Project Management and major input into both architectural and structural design.

Weymouth and Portland Harbour Master Plan

Project Management of the Olympics project taking into account a mixed use development proposal to the Harbour Front. Extensive pre-Construction input on behalf of Weymouth and Portland and tendering via OJEU for several elements of work.
