This is to justify that this office requires internet connection due to the following reasons:

1. For weekly and monthly submissions of e-SRE (Electronic Statement of Receipts and Expenditures) reports to the BLGF (Bureau of Local Government and Finance);2. For verification and update of business corporations that are registered with SEC (Securities and Exchanges Commission) using the SEC-iView interface;

3. For trade name verification with the Department of Trade;

4. For Anti-Virus updates to ensure stable network security within the City Finance Department and to guarantee that essential and sensitive data is not compromised.
