CHARITY SECTOR CASE STUDY

the briefWhen CAF moved offices, within EC4, they were adamant that thenew office must enhance the working environment of the staff andvisitors alike – without being opulent. The charity’s office plays animportant role in the successful working of the organisation —meetings take place with Trustees, the Government and largeorganisations. In short, the office needed to be functional, attractiveand motivational with a standard of fit-out commensurate with CAF’scharitable status.

the solutionConstructive won the contract as they met CAF’s criteria and the‘corporate fit’ was perfect both in terms of size and mentality. Goodcommunication and working practices, with a track record ofresponsiveness, honesty and integrity were also important.

Constructive was appointed to provide the space planning, designand complete fit-out for CAF’s new office – with just 3 months tocomplete the work.

the resultThe three elements to a successful project were met – quality, timescale and budget. CAF is delighted with its new office. Staff areenergised by their new environment. Effective use of natural light andspace provides a productive dynamic ambience.
