Passons au pliage et à la garniture du samoussas.
1. Prendre une lamelle de pâte2. Plier en forme de triangle3. Refaire un triangle dans l’autre sens4. Coincer le samoussas entre les doigts et y
incorporer la préparation5. Refermer le samoussas avec le bord de pâte
restant6. Les faire frire
