Please prepare the necessary documents and apply to the relevant embassy by yourself.

1. An arrangement fee of RM 200 per room is applicable.

2. The COVID-19 Detection Test / Swab Test done upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is payable on the spot to the Ministry of Health.

3. For non-Malaysian citizens only:A payment of RM 2,600 per person (for operation, management, administrative procedures) is required to the Ministry of Health upon arrival at KLIA airport.
