on to building. George Tsiantar firmly believes that withhis skills dreams can be realised. As an award-winning architect of 30 years’ experience, he has pursued the art of transforming dreams into reality; architecture is hisbedrock but there’s an unmistakeable trace of alchemy inhis designs.

Born of a French mother and British Maltese father, hewas schooled at St Ambrose, in Hale Barns. He went on tostudy architecture at Manchester Owens University (nowthe Manchester School of Architecture) and in 1985, secured a commission to design and build an apartmentdevelopment for John Dempsey. Dempsey was a pioneer in

the luxury home markets of north Cheshire; building thefirst raft of luxury developments that now populate the environs of Hale, Bowdon, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge andPrestbury.

George worked with Dempsey for several years as hisarchitect, site agent and project manager, and he gained ahuge amount of experience in the construction industry.George and John Dempsey took their vision to America,designing and building similar properties in the States.On his return from the USA, George joined forces withPaul Danson and Bob Booth, setting up the Building aTheme Company. This saw him involved in a varied rangeof projects focusing on the design and construction ofshopping centre food courts throughout the world, and especially ‘The Orient’ in the Trafford Centre. He’s won four consecutive awards for ‘The Best LuxurySingle Dwelling’ in the North West, which is more than anyother architectural practice.
