Sales Reports

The 6-Month Avails report

gathers avail information for

all vehicles from a program

that runs at a designated

time automatically in the

background. A special setup

outside of the Traffic System

is required to run this re-

port., please contact sup-

[email protected] for

assistance.

It condenses the avails for

all vehicles for a six month

period across one page.

The report can be generated

for Vehicles, or for Standard

Packages. When running

the report for Standard

Packages, the avails of the

hidden lines are calculated

and listed by individual vehi-

cles or dayparts, and there

is an option of only showing

those dayparts that contain

‘Book Into’ avails.

This report can also be run

Average 30” Unit

Rate by Month

This report produces a list of

the average rate per adver-

tiser (detail version) for the

selected vehicles by month,

as well as an overall aver-

age rate for each daypart

and vehicle for the selected

date range.

The 30” Unit Rate (average

rate) is calculated by

dividing the $ Total by the

number of 30” Unit Spots,

where a 60 second spot

counts as two units, a 90

second spot counts as three

units, and so on. The

number of spots is also

displayed, which is a count

of the number of spots

regardless of spot length.

The detail and summary

versions are pictured. This

report can be run by Gross,

Net, and T-Net.

advertiser (detail version)

for the selected vehicles by

week, as well as an overall

average rate for each

daypart and vehicle for the

selected date range.

The 30” Unit Rate (average

rate) is calculated by divid-

ing the $ Total by the

number of 30” Unit Spots,

where a 60 second spot

counts as two units, a 90

second spot counts as

three units, and so on. The

number of spots is also

of the number of spots

regardless of spot length.

The detail and summary

Sales Reports

Shows the average

spot rate for each

vehicle for each year

using the actual spot

price, and either shows

the percent difference

when compared to the

rate card at the time of

order entry or it shows

the average rate using

the proposal price.

When calculating the

average, each 30

second (or less) spot

counts as 1 unit, a 60

second spot counts as 2

units, and so on, and any

fraction of that counts as 1

unit. The total cost for the

entire year is added, then

divided by the number of

units, to get the average

rate.

Split Network Avails

This report shows unsold

portions of regional/network

buys to other advertisers.

Percentages are based

on :30 second spot audi-

ences, i.e. one :30 = 100%,

so an unsold 2 unit/:60

break would equal 400%

total audience. Inventory is

based on the seconds of

each break, not the amount

of units, i.e. 2/:90 = 3 :30

second spots.

The report displays Monday

- Sunday, with a Monday

start date. Percentage of

partial buys are shown in

red italics.

The user enters a start date

and number of weeks to be

displayed, and selects the

type(s) of contracts and

spots to be included in the
