DOUBLE WORKING MODE

NEW HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

The first Jekko mini crane which allows to work with either hook or winch with the main boom

» The winch is optional and is installed under the main boom, which in this way takes up a minimal amount of space.» Pick & carry capacity of 400 kg. Thanks to the new digital electro-hydraulic

Danfoss distributor, the machine smartly and autonomously regulates oil pressure and flow rate

according to movement, load and movement’s speed. versatility increases, combining truck cranes’ lifting speed (hook mode) with mobile cranes’ precision (winch mode). Double work mode with the same lifting capacity!

- up to three movements at the same time without losing performance- smooth and precise movements- the ideal working modality based on site requirements can be selected directly by the radio remote control

TECHNICAL SOLUTIONSA TOTALLY NEW STABILISATION SYSYEM

» 5 different positions of the outriggers (0°-15°-46°-62°-90°)

» Double outriggers’ articulation with fast unhook for opening and rest position with magnet.

» 1250 possible configurations!

» 4 possible working areas, which are indentified by as many colours and are

intuitively displayed on the remote control’s screen.

» The software can detect in real time the different working areas based on the

outriggers positions.

Automatic levelling: in case of uneven terrain the crane can automatically level out to operate in complete safety,

it is not necessary to manually regulate each outrigger anymore! �

TECHNICAL SOLUTIONSHYDRAULIC JIBNew rest position under the main boom, less bulky and faster to be installed and removed.

» Possibility of storing the jib in three ways: on the column, on the ground or under the main boom.

» Thanks to a double pump, the jib also allows for simultaneous use of both the extension and angle functions, enhancing precision and operating speed.

Advantage: the first two storing solutions allow the operator to work with the main boom - the last one with the jib installed, not having to put it to rest until the work is finished.

EVERYTHING ON BOARD THE MACHINE

The machine is provided with rest positions for all accessories

(pulley blocks, mats, hooks, runner jib).

TECHNICAL SOLUTIONSREMOTE RADIO CONTROLNew multi-function remote radio control developed by Jekko with LCD display, which allows to directly control all crane’s movements and functions.

» The radio remote control is designed to be user friendly and has intuitive screens: working areas and crane’s general parameters are easy to read on the display.

» Using radio’s selectors it is possible to set boom and winch speed, to select the configuration of the crane (pick & carry, crane, outrigger up/down, tracks), to control the manipulator (included activation and discharge of vacuum pump).

» In case of wrong use or malfunction of the machine, a text code with fault description on screen of the error appears directly on the display.

Advantage: the possibility of viewing data such as maximum height, maximum capacity, lifted load and so on, allows the

operator not only to have the total control on the crane’s limits, but also to run simulations before the intervention, in order to be

completely sure about its success.

Many customisation options are available for the operator:

» Thanks to the active dynamic control, the operator can set the speed of every single movement independently one to another.

EXTENDABLE TRACKSMost manufactures adopt the

extendable tracks solution to widen the base of the machine for a greater

stability and an easier steering. For SPX532 another solution has been adopted:

it is possible to extend the tracks, therefore enhancing stability, raising the crane at the same time.

» Tracks extend/retract at an angle of 45° with independent

cylinders allows the machine to compensate potential slope or unevenness of the terrain.
