THE De-Tech AT A GLANCE

Molding industry is growing steadily and the demand for good quality molded parts is increasing day by day. The requirements are always challenging and need expert solutions. In order to meet the required quality standards, the molding shop should have Injection Molding Machines that are versatile.

The molding machine is the single biggest investment in a molding shop that naturally gets focus. In the changing business environment the molder who molds commodity plastics today, may have to mold high end, precise engineering plastics tomorrow. In addition to the above, the dynamic market situation forces the molder to be globally competitive. The selling price of the molded part is getting reduced day by day, hence the molder needs a really versatile machine which is also expandable as and when the need arises. Ideally the machine should be Fast & Precise, with Proven Mold Safety, Flexible and offering a Low Operating Cost.

LNC6

De-Tech machines are offered with indigenously developed LNC6 controls. User friendly touch sensitive controllers are simple to operate. The LNC6 control system is equipped with a high speed “ARM” processor which offers state-of-the-art graphics design. The 12.1“ touch screen enables the user to interact with the machine very easily and feel comfortable at it.

Neat and well-designed layout of control pages makes LNC6 easier to understand and operate. The injection, dosing & holding profiles are offered with enhanced graphical display features. The USB interface port provided in LNC6 allows users to store/retrieve mold catalogues easily and update software. Process data parameters of up to 25,000 shots of twenty important process parameters can be exported. Up to 100 mold catalogues can be stored internally which can be exported via USB. All the screens can be printed with a specific interval through the USB interface. Ethernet inter-face in LNC6 allows the user to access the various param-eters through remote connection. Up to 500 alarms will be displayed and another 1000 alarms are stored in the alarm history for easy trouble shooting.

All functional pages are uniquely designed and the keypad is provided with international symbol keys for a better under-standing.
