New Wood FlooringAs a custom manufacturer of wood flooring we don’t just produce the ordinary. When it comes to specifications, we go way beyond. Our wide plank flooring comes in random widths up to 8 inches and lengths up to 12 feet. Custom would be ordering individual widths and often only cost pennys more. Here are some desirable local woods below, but we can use any exotic wood, and also, most new & antique floors in either solid or 3/4” engineered.

Grading:#1 common will allow a greater range of colours in the boards and mineral streaks and small knots

Select tries to even out the colour range and removes most ot the streaks and small knots

The ambrosia maple allows a greater colour range, small knots, spalted ( black streaks ), holes and streaks that were caused by the ambrosia beetle

Each log that we recover is carefully hand milled and air-dried before being kiln dried to 6-8% moisture content.
