Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre: The prestigious project features 4500 seats Auditorium and more than 23,000 meters square of exhibition area all in a world class development with all associated facilities. The project is the crown jewel of the OCEC Master plan in Muscat.

Main Duties: Assigned to detail the Rotunda so as to match the 3d rendered image and to produce IFC drawing. Visited the project on its latest stage to get clear idea on how details are executed in the field.

OOCEP HQ Office Design.

B3+GF+6 Floors Head Office Architectural Building Design.

Main duties: In charge of design package for parking’s and many details such as, steel

grating, Krebs and ramps.

The Wave Luxury Villa’s, Oman The Wave Luxury Villas Z1 & Z2 are a very high end villa which offers a prestigious and unique type of living. These villas are very limited just to attract that kind of people who looks for Excellency in different prospective.

Main Duties: Determining the plot boundary for each villa, working on door schedule, Room schedule and door details. Detailed the pool as per as specifications.

Omantel HQ (Head Quarter), Oman Omantel HQ is one of the modern design buildings which attract the citizen towards the modernism architecture. The building consist of B1+B2+B3 + GF + 7 Levels. SSH won this project which was already been started by (WTAG) as schematic design stage, while our main Duty was to deliver the Detail design stage and Tender stage.

Main Duties: Change the wall types drawing and apply the changing into the plans so as to improve the drawing quality. Set-up the following, parking tags, Generator Room, Rooms and Door package.

The Wave Masterplan, Juman Apartment Building (H02), Oman Juman is the name picked for this apartment building which offer the luxurious units as it’s consists of B1 + GF + Typical Levels (1-4) + Penthouse Level. The building is located in the new development of the wave Masterplan.

Main Duties: implementing the correct door types, improving units details, establishing the door schedule, windows schedule, stair details and curtain walls schedule.
