1. The following are the Roll Numbers of the candidates short listed in the All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination 2019-20 held on 06 Jan 2019 (Sunday) for admission to classes VI & IX in Sainik School Nalanda for the academic session 2019-20. The result is prepared strictly in accordance with Sainik Schools Society Rules and Regulations. The class wise and category wise roll numbers are given in ascending order, hence, the sequence given below is not to be misinterpreted as the order of the merit. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS 2. Note:- Candidates appeared in the exam centres under the jurisdiction of Sainik Schools Rewa, Sujanpur Tira and Satara will be required to appear in re-exam scheduled on 24 Feb 2019. Hence, more candidates may be added to the list of candidates (for admission to Class VI), based on the results of the re-exam (Paper-I) for Class VI to be held on 24 Feb 2019 for candidates opted for admission to Sainik School Nalanda and appearing in centres of the above mentioned three Sainik Schools viz., Sainik Schools Rewa, Sujanpur Tira and Satara. 3. Call letters are being sent to the shortlisted candidates

individually by Registered Post. However, the School administration assumes no responsibility for late/non receipt of the cal l letters by the individuals due to postal delay. 4. It must be clearly understood that since number of candidates which is three times the number of vacancies are being called for medical Examination, mere appearing before the Medical Examination Board does not confer guaranteed admission. The admission will be based on final merit and subject to medical fitness as per the availability of the vacancies. 5. The candidature of the candidates will be cancelled in case of failure to appear before the Medical Examination Boards on the stipulated date. The candidates could be ordered for withdrawal from the School even after admission, if, it is, found at any stage that information/details submitted by the candidate/parent/guardian is false. 6. The candidates whose roll numbers are given above, but, are not in receipt of call letter from the School may report to Sainik School Nalanda before 11 Feb 2019 to collect the duplicate Call Letter by hand or report to the Military Hospital, Gaya (Bihar) directly on the stipulated date and time along with a passport size photograph. Candidates are advised to present themselves before medical board in best medical condition. 7. The result published is subject to verification with the official list held with the School. Any unutilised vacancies in other state quota will be allotted to candidates from the home state candidates in the merit list.
