Sahibzada Ajit SinghHe was born in 1687 in Poanta Sahib.
He had training in martial arts from a very early age.
When he was only 12 years old, His first test in battle was with the Ranghars of Nuh who used to attack the sangat en-route to Anandpur sahib.
later in 1700, Baba Ajit singh was Responsible for the defense of the Taragarh fort and successfully defended an attack by Moghul forces and the hill rajas.

Received training in Gatka and read banis when 4-5 years old.
In 1699, when he was eight years old, he received holy Amrit at the rites of Khalsa initiation
He looked up to Sahibzada Ajit Singh as a role model.
They both led hundreds of successful expeditions helping the needy who came to Guru Gobind Singh ji seeking justice.

Guruji accepted Baba Ajit Singh’s request to enter the battlefield
Baba Ajit Singh fought skillfully and bravely
Guruji watched his eldest son with admiration and thanked Waheguru.
BABA AJIT SINGH was 18 years old in 1705
MARTYDOM AT CHAMKAURSeeing his older brother, Sahibzada Jujhar Singh asked Guru Sahib for his permission to go to the battlefield
After receiving blessings from Guru Ji, Sahabzada Jujhar Singh went out and also attained martyrdom for the Panth
But ... only after displaying tremendous amount of courage and pushing the Moghul forces back.
BABA JUJHAR SINGH was 16 years old in 1705
Gurdwara Tilak AsthanBy nightfall Guru and five sikhs remained in the Garhi. These SIKHS ordered GuruJi to leave Garhi
Bhai Sangat Singh resembled Guruji in appearance - He dressed up like Guruji agreed and stayed in Garhi.
Guruji accompanied by Daya Singh, Dharam Singh and Man Singh left the Garhi that night
two sikhs Sangat Singh & Sant Singh stayed back and fought till their last breath.
Imperials were surprised that two sikhs had held back an army of 1000s.
Aape Gur Chela: This place is also known as Tilak Asthan because it’s here that Guru obeyed the “Gurmatta” of Panj Payaras (chelas) and gave his dress to Bhai Sangat Singh Ji.
Mata Ji’s JourneyYounger Sahibzadas Zorawar Singh and Fateh Singh proceeded with Mata Gujri Ji.
They went through thick forests where there were wild animals - they proceeded fearlessly reciting psalms of their Gurus.
Mataji recited stories of Sikh History

Gangu’s BetrayalIn Morinda, Gangu, a Brahmin servant insisted to take MataJi to his house. MataJi Agreed.
Gangu, forgetting all that he had been given by Guru Ji, stole gold coins from Mataji
Gangu was unaware that Mata Ji had witnessed this act of thievery
He began claiming a thief had come at night
MataJi told Gangu that she had seen no one come into the home
Gangu, in defending himself and greedy for the prize he was likely to get betrayed mataji and sahibzadeys
Thanda BurjMata Gujri and the Chote Sahbzadey were sent to Sirhind.
They were ordered to stay in the Thanda Burj or cold tower.
They spent two nights in the Thanda Burj without food, water, or warmth
Bhai Moti Ram Mehra risked his and his family’s life in order to provide the Sahibzadey and Mata Ji with milk.
For this - Bhai Moti Ram Mehra and His Family was killed using Kohlu oil press

Wazir Khan’s CourtMata Ji instilled sahibzadeys with tales of valor and righteousness and martyrdom of their forefathers
Ordered in Wazir Khan’s Court - sahizadeys were fearless and entered with proclamation of “waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh”
Wazir Khan attempted to convert the young Sahibzadey to Islam by offering them honor, wealth and an estate
Finally, the Qazi Issued FATWA to brick the sahibzadas alive
and sahibzadas attained martrydom
Sahibzadeys were only 8 and 6 years old
Seth Todar MalSeth todar mal purchased land from wazir khan to properly cremate the sahibzadas
He laid down enough gold coins to cover adequate area of land to perform their rites
MataJi - Hearing the news - thanked waheguru and Blended with supreme light.
