Warnings These instructions detail the safe use, assembly and maintenance of the stroller. Please read these instructions carefully

and ensure that they are followed at all times:

• Check that the stroller is fully erected and that all safety locks are engaged before placing a child in the

stroller.

• Do not allow children to stand on the seat or footrest.

• Do not attempt to lift the stroller by the bumper bar or child tray.

• Do not carry extra children or bags on this stroller, unless in an approved accessory.

• Do not leave children unattended.

• Do not run or jog with this stroller.

• Do not use on stairs or escalators.

• Do not use the stroller near an open fire, barbecue or exposed flame.

• Engage front wheel swivel lock, to lock front wheel(s) when travelling on rough or uneven surfaces.

• Follow the manufacturer’s instructions at all times.

• Make sure children are clear of any moving parts if you adjust the stroller, otherwise they may be injured.

• Not recommended for a child under six months old.

• Please ensure that the safety harness is adjusted firm to the child’s body but comfortably and used at all

times.

• Put on all the brakes whenever you park the stroller.

• Shoulder straps must be unclipped whenever waist strap buckle is unfastened.

• This product is not intended for commercial use.

• To avoid danger of suffocation, keep any plastic bags away from babies and children. Do not use plastic bags

in cribs, beds, carriages or playpens. Plastic bags can block nose and mouth and prevent breathing. Bags are

not toys. Please dispose of waste packaging thoughtfully.

• Use only those accessories which are supplied by IGC Dorel, and approved for use with the stroller.

The weight of the child using this stroller should not be more than 15kg.

Assembling your Vivea Stroller TO OPEN THE STROLLER

• Remove the security tie if the stroller has one.

• Position the stroller with the wheels or wheel posts on the floor.

• Disengage the storage latch, as per Figure 1.

• If the infant carrier adaptors are on, make sure that they are pointing forwards.

• Grip the handle and lift upwards, as per Figure 2, until the frame is securely locked in the open position, as per

Figure 3.

TO ATTACH THE FRONT WHEEL • Lay the stroller upside down.

• Align the front wheel assembly onto the front wheel post, with the red swivel lock pointing forwards, as per

Figure 4.

• Push the wheel assembly into the front wheel post.

The wheel is locked into place, as per Figure 5, when you hear a ‘click’.

To remove the front wheel, lay the stroller upside down, press the black retaining clip near the end

of the wheel post as per Figure 6, and pull out the wheel assembly, as per Figure 7.

Assembling your Vivea Stroller (cont.) TO ASSEMBLE THE REAR WHEELS

• As per Figure 8, slide the single wheel onto the end of the axle assembly, brake cogs first, followed by the

washer.

• Stick the cotter pin through the end of the axle assembly.

• Push the hub cap over the spokes of the wheel, until you hear a ‘Click’. Repeat for the other wheel.

TO ATTACH THE REAR WHEELS • Lay the stroller upside down.

• Assemble the wheel set if necessary, as per Figure 9.

• Align the rear wheel assembly to the wheel posts with the red brake levers pointing backwards.

• Push the rear wheel assembly onto the rear wheel posts, as per Figure 10.

The wheel assembly is locked, as per Figure 11, into place when the retaining pins pop out.

To remove the rear wheels, lay the stroller upside down, press the silver retaining pin on the rear

of the post firmly as per Figure 12, repeat for the other side, and pull out the wheel assembly as

per Figure 13.

TO FIT THE BUMPER BAR • Align the ‘C’ clamps on the ends of the

bumper bar with the black slots on

either side of the seat.

• Insert the bumper bar as per Figure 14.

To remove the bumper bar

peel back hard on the outer

sides of the ‘C’ clamps and

pull, as per Figure 15.

TO ADJUST THE FOOTREST • Press and hold the two red buttons on either side of the footrest.

• Adjust the footrest to the desired angle.

TO APPLY THE BRAKES • Press down firmly on the brake bar between the rear wheels, as per Figure 16.

To release the brakes, lift the brake bar firmly, as per Figure 17.

TO LOCK THE FRONT SWIVEL WHEELS The front wheels can be locked so that they only go forward or backwards, as per Figure 18.

• Press down on the red tab between the front wheels, as per Figure 19.

• Rotate the wheels until you hear a ‘click’.

To unlock the front swivel wheels, as per Figure 20, lift the red tab between the front wheels, as

per Figure 21.

TO LOWER THE BACKREST • Lift the adjustment lever on the rear of the seat.

• Lower the backrest to the desired position as per Figure 22.

Only three positions are available.

To raise the backrest to the sitting position, move the backrest

upwards.

TO RETRACT THE CANOPY • Pull the front of the canopy backwards, as per Figure 23.

To extend the canopy, push the front of the canopy forward.

TO EXPOSE THE VIEWING WINDOW • Push the canopy all the way forward.

• Pull the viewing window cover away from the Velcro® loops.

• Roll back the cover into a tight bundle.

• Wrap the plastic toggle at the rear centre of the canopy over the bundled cover and through the elastic loop.

TO ATTACH THE BOOT COVER • Wrap the two Velcro® straps at the bottom of the boot cover around

each side of the seat rest, as per Figure 24.

• Wrap and join the two button straps at the top of the boot cover to

the side of the stroller above the child tray, as per Figure 24.

To detach the boot cover, unwrap the Velcro® straps and

disconnect the button straps.

TO ATTACH THE RAIN COVER • Push the canopy all the way forward.

• Unzip the back of the stroller.

• Drape the rain cover over the stroller so that the

small flap is over the footrest, the middle seam is

aligned with the canopy edge, and the back is over

the handle.

The rain cover can be used with or

without the infant carrier, as per Figure

25 and Figure 26, respectively.

Do not use in sunny weather because of excessive heat.

Do not use the rain cover without the hood.

Use only under adult supervision.

TO SECURE YOUR CHILD A five point harness is provided to secure the child.

• The harness straps can be adjusted by moving each strap’s slider.

• The buckle is released by squeezing the buckle tongues together.

WARNING: Ensure shoulder straps are unclipped

whenever waist strap buckles are unfastened.

TO FOLD THE STROLLER • Close the canopy, raise the backrest to the sitting position and remove any items in the basket.

• Unlock the swivel wheels and apply the brakes.

• A small red button is located underneath the middle of the handle, as per Figure 27. Press this.

• A large black button is located forward the middle of the handle, as per Figure 27. Press this.

• A red safety slider is located on the right side of the stroller just beneath the hand grip. Pull this.

• Push the handle downwards until the stroller is folded, as per Figure 28.

The storage latch will automatically engage.

Assembling your Vivea Stroller (cont.) TO USE WITH THE INFANT CARRIER (SOLD SEPERATELY)

• Retract the canopy.

• Attach the bumper bar to the stroller, if it is not already.

• Fold the stroller half way.

• Attach the infant carrier adaptors to the side of the stroller by sliding them up the stumps above the bumper

bar. They need to be angling outwards, so that the screws on the stumps fit into the grooves in the infant carrier

adaptors.

• Rotate the infant carrier adaptors as per Figure 29, so that they are pointing forwards and upwards, as per

Figure 30.

• If the covers on the top of the infant carrier adaptors are still attached press the grey buttons on the infant

carrier adaptors firmly with both thumbs until the infant carrier adaptor’s covers pop out.

• Push the handle forward so that the stroller locks back into place.

• Adjust the seat to the fully reclined position.

• Lower the posts beneath the infant carrier into the slots of the infant carrier adaptors as per Figure 31, until you

hear them both ‘click’ into place, as per Figure 32.

To open the infant carrier’s canopy, press both grey buttons on the sides of the infant carrier while

pulling back the canopy. To close the canopy, move the top of the canopy forward.

The infant carrier’s canopy can be used in conjunction with the stroller canopy.

To adjust the shoulder straps, press the grey button on the feet end of the infant carrier, and pull

the straps at the top or bottom of the infant carrier.

To remove the infant carrier, extend the canopy fully forward, press the grey tabs on both side of

the infant carrier at the same time, as per Figure 33, and lift the infant carrier, as per Figure 34.

Do not have the infant carrier facing forwards.

Do not lift the stroller by the infant carrier.

If the infant carrier is not in use please ensure that the adaptor covers are in place.

Product care and maintenance • Always store the stroller in a clean and dry place.

• Clean the frame by wiping with a damp cloth.

• Do not use abrasives, bleach or strong detergents.

• Spot clean fabrics with warm water and mild soap.

• Ensure fabric is dry before storing.

• Occasionally clean and lubricate wheels and axles with light lubricating oil.

• Regularly check for loose parts and tighten when required.

• Damaged or broken parts should be replaced.
