Scenario 1: Cell Phones

You’re at a weekend meet. Someone turns in a cell phone and you’re not sure whose it is. You open it to find several pictures taken in the girl’s locker room. You recognize the t-shirts and go talk to the head coach of the team.

YOU are the coach of the phone’s ownerYOU are the meet referee. YOU are a parent of one of the girls in the picture.

Scenario 2: Deck Changing

Deck changing is prohibited. You include in every meet packet that deck changing is prohibited. Your team is hosting the sectional meet. Several teams from outside the section are attending the meet. You notice first session that one of the outside- the-section teams has several swimmers who are deck changing.

YOU are a parent of the host club.YOU are the meet director. (meet referee)YOU are the coach of the out-of-section team.

Scenario 3: Guy in the Stands

You’re at the 12&U session. A parent comes to tell you that the guy they’ve been sitting next to in the stands all morning is ‘weird.’ The parent goes on to explain that he’s been sitting by himself, doesn’t have a heat sheet, and no child has come to talk to him in three hours. He’s been taking pictures of the swimmers all morning.

Scenario 4: Parent

A mom is screaming at her daughter in the locker room. You can hear it from outside on deck. Mom storms out with her other child. You go into the locker room to use the restroom and the girl is quietly crying as she gets dressed. It’s not the first time you’ve seen mom do this.

YOU are the girl in the locker room.YOU are the coach from another team who has noticed.YOU are a parent on another team.
