We offer containerised on site rigging stores manned with qualified personnel. Rigging stores are

planned in advance to ensure the correct products are stocked to suit your own particular requirements.

Lift-rite can provide a repair service for our customer’s equipment. All equipment is repaired and

tested by our experienced and LEEA trained engineers ensuring that your equipment is returned in

first class condition.

Our on-site project teams can assemble, install, commission and test equipment such as ‘A’ frames,

winches, tensioners and large fabricated structures.

We can provide a total lift management system, including lift design and planning. Equipment selection,

method statements and risk assessment. Appointed person and rigging personnel to carry out complex

lifting projects.

We are experienced in working in the offshore, heavy fabrication and ship repair yards, smelting and

chemical plants. Experienced in working on shutdowns on FPFOs most recently in Nigeria.

Lift-rite have capabilities to provide on-site wire rope socketing, non-destructive testing and Planned

Preventative Maintenance can all be arranged using our ‘around the clock’ trained personnel.

When third party verification is required Lift-rite Engineering Services offer design analysis and ensure

All of our engineers are trained in the installation, thorough examination, testing and certification of a

wide range of systems.

We hold a comprehensive stock of height safety products including full body safety harnesses,

shock absorbing and restraint lanyards, trauma straps and karabiners.

We install vertical ladder wire rope systems, horizontal wire rope and rails in material such as

galvanised steel, stainless steel and Marine grade aluminium.

At Lift-rite our experience in the lifting industry gives us the hands on

knowledge and expertise to design dedicated lifting solutions for our

clients. From initial survey stage we pride ourselves on giving the customer,

the best package available, so they can carry out their lifting application in

the safest and most cost effective manner available.

We have full design capabilities to allow us to carry out a full design analysis and produce detailed

AUTOCAD drawings for either the client’s own manufacture or for lift-rite to provide the full package.

Lift-rite design bespoke equipment to suit customers needs including davits, swing jibs, XY crane

beams, runway systems, cantilever beam systems, spreader and spreader beams, lifting brackets,

cradles and all types of attachments.

After initial design and consultation stage the fabrication is carried out at our facility using fully trained

fabricators and all welding is carried out using Lloyds Register approved welders / procedures.

Lift-rite also offer the facility of a full refurbishment service to bring old equipment back to a

serviceable and useable state. Working within short lead times to minimise any down time on our

customer sites.

Calibrated Test WeightsSales / Hire

Lift-rite can supply Test Weights and Cradles to suit all of our customer

requirements. Utilising our stock of over 500 Tonnes of Test Weight

together with Cradles in various capacities from 10 Tonnes WLL up to a

capacity of 250 Tonnes on a single lift.

Our test weight Cradles come complete with wire ropes and shackles all certified to LOLER and

offshore regulations. Test Weights are supplied complete with or without integral lifting slings and are

calibrated to an accuracy of plus or minus 2%.

Hire rates can be tailored to suit your requirements, daily, weekly and long term rental is available.

Subsea clump weights can also be supplied. We can supply load monitoring equipment such as,

load links, compressive load cells and calibrate hydraulic jacking systems.

Our load links range from 100kg to 200 Tonnes, and compressive loads cells range from 1 Tonne

to 800 Tonnes.

Our on-site service teams are available to undertake all types of proof load testing, including the

testing of cranes, davits, runways, containers, cradles and ground testing.

We also offer a range of waterbags from 375kg to 35 Tonnes.

Lift-rite have the technical experience and a range of products where we

can support all your engineering requirements.

We offer long term hire, sales and service contracts including consignment stock for all our range

of products.

We can offer technical support for all your power tool requirements. We have a comprehensive range

of grinding, cutting, deburring, polishing, drilling or fastening machines. Electric, pneumatic and

hydraulic tooling including ATEX approved equipment.

Lift-rite supply a wide range of consumables to complement all the tooling that we supply. Our technical

team can advise you on the correct consumable to match the speed of your machine for optimum

performance. This will reduce vibration and improve metal removal and cutting speed.

We also offer a full range of Personal Protective Equipment from high visibility workwear to head, eye,

face, hand and foot protection.

Most recently lift-rite has introduced a range low energy lighting, which can significantly reduce your

energy costs and reduce your impact on the environment.
