POSITION DECRIPTION Title Face to Face Program Assistant - Locations Unit Face to Face Reporting to Face to Face Operations Manager Location Level 8, 120 Sussex Street Sydney NSW 2000 Position Statement This position supports the Face to Face (F2F) Operations Manager with the day to day administration of Australia for UNHCR’s (A4U) F2F program. The primary focus of the role is to support the delivery of processes designed to drive results and assist Face to Face teams in achieving targets. Accountabilities and Responsibilities Locations Develop and execute the A4U F2F locations strategy in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide. Manage shopping centre and other private location bookings including developing relationships with centre managements, ensuring compliance and adherence to budgetary constraints. Management and application of permits including developing relationships with local councils ensuring compliance. Deliver location analysis to ensure effective use of locations in rosters and continual testing of new sites. Manage relationship with PFRA (Public Fundraising Regulatory Association), providing necessary feedback and follow-up breach reports and providing escalations to the F2F Operations Manager. Keeping up to date with changes of state legislations regarding F2F and Door to Door regulations via PFRA site Administrat ion Cross check pledges against timesheets and update necessary spreadsheets. Production of payroll summaries. General administration support to A4U F2F management team as required. PositionStatement

Selection CriteriaEssential Qualities

Experience in administration and/or sales environment. Strong organisational and planning ability. Ability to show initiative and respond to a range of enquiries. Results-oriented, with an ability to meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail, with developed analytical and problem

solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency with MS office suite, including Word, Excel and

PowerPoint. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and

manage relationships with a large, culturally diverse team.Desirable Qualities

Exposure to or experience in F2F fundraising operations in the field or similar role.

Knowledge of the Not for Profit Sector and in particular fundraising is desirable.

Experience working with a relational database, ideally Raiser’s Edge or a similar platform.
