• The STaR chart is the Texas Education Agency’s evaluation tool for school district and campus technology progress. It is required every year to be completed by all school staff. It measures the campus in four areas:
• Teaching and Learning• Infrastructure• Educator Preparation and Development• Leadership, Administration and Instructional

Conclusions
• As the charts and data indicates the Bay City Junior High has a long way to go in the Campus technology fields. The campus has lost ground in all four area of technology. We as a campus must strive to improvestudent learning through technological advances
