Marcus & Millichap is pleased to exclusively present for sale a retail center located in Algonquin, Illinois. The Property consists of a 1.93-acre parcel located at the north-east corner of South Randall Road and County Line Drive. Affixed to the Property is a one-story building measuring approximately 13,807-square feet that is currently 100 percent leased to national and local tenants.
