2. 空气动力性能试验采用先进的流量喷嘴法取代了传统的毕托管检测,精度进一步提高;

4. 实验室设备和量具经过严格的标定并定期进行复检、自校;

5. 英飞实验室在与 AMCA 美国总部实验室、 AMCA 亚洲实验室、国内多家国家级实验室多次进行“同样机实验室间比

对”,以及参与国家机构开展的通风机检测实验室能力验证活动,比对、验证结果误差小于 1 %,部分达到并超过通

风机产品国标、AMCA 标准所规定的精度、误差要求。

英飞实验室除空气动力性能及噪声检测功能外,还具备以下试验能力:

1. 按照JB/T6445《工业通风机叶轮超速试验》标准进行叶轮超速试验。

2. 按照JB/T8689《通风机振动检测及其限值》等标准,进行风机振动检测。

3. 按照ISO13350《工业通风机射流风机的性能试验》标准进行隧道射流风机推力测试。

4. 英飞实验室按照EN 12101-3和UL793等标准,设计、建造了“消防风机高温测试炉“,用于消防风机可靠性研发和

验证,并作为申请TUV,UL等海外认证的目击试验平台。

英飞实验室同时还具备电机能效检测、理化实验、探伤检测等多项试验能力;英飞实验室的建立,确保了英飞有能力高精

一、概述

YFMRT地铁隧道轴流风机是我公司消化吸收国外同类产品先进技

术,充分调研国内外地铁、隧道等工程系统,自主研发的地铁、隧道通

风产品系列。该产品性能及结构设计达到国外同类产品先进水平,具有

大风量高压力、高效、高可靠性、低噪音、防喘振、耐高温等特点,能

适应地铁、隧道特定工况环境下的各种使用要求。

YFMRT系列风机为单向运转轴流风机,风机型号1500~2800,风

量最大可达980000m³/h,全压最高达2800Pa,叶片角度静态可调,可

满足不同工况条件下使用需要。同时该系列地铁隧道轴流风机通过了国

家消防强制性产品认证,气流温度达到280℃时连续运行1h,不会出现

机械、电气或结构方面的故障,紧急状态下用于消防排烟(执行标准

GA211-2009)。

Overview

Based on a comprehensive survey of domestic as well as international metro/ tunnel projects, INFINAIR fans Model YFMRT are designed through INFINAIR’s

independent research and development efforts. Boasting great performance and reliable structural design, YFMRT fans feature high pressure, great efficiency

and reliability, low sound, no surge and high temperature resistance. All these features among others make YFMRT fans well suited for metro/tunnel applications.

The unidirectional YFMRT fans (Model 1500-2800) have a maximum airflow of 98,000m³/h and maximum total pressure of 2,800Pa. The blade angles are

statically adjustable to cover various operating conditions. YFMRT fans have won China Compulsory Certification for Fire-fighting Products and will remain

operational for an hour under 280°C without any mechanical or electrical faults. They can be used for emergency smoke removal.

高可靠性设计

风机采用先进的FEA辅助设计反复优化及实验验证,有足够的强度安全系数;设计时充分考虑叶轮材料300℃高温下的热膨胀和强度

要求,确保紧急情况高温排烟时安全可靠运行。

风机叶轮采用先进的压铸工艺技术,铝合金叶片、轮毂经金相分析,其结构组织良好;每个叶片都必须严格经过X射线探伤检测合格,

质量可靠,保证安全运行。

风机叶轮经二次动平衡,轮毂动平衡和叶轮整体动平衡,动平衡精度达到ISOG2.5(高于国家标准5.6级),风机振动小,运行平稳。

整机出厂前,经叶轮超速试验和整机机械性能试验、振动试验、气动性能试验,以确保达到运行平稳、可靠的要求。

叶轮叶片与轮毂采用高强度螺栓连接,确保风机长期运行可靠。机壳采用优质厚钢板整体焊接制成,结构强度高。

Great Reliability

Product Features

With the design optimized through the FEA method and experimental verification, the fan has adequate factor of safety. The impeller material has the required

thermal expansion and strength under 300℃ so that the fan can operate reliably for emergency smoke removal.

The impeller adopts the advanced die-casting technology. The aluminum alloy blades and hub are well-structured by virtue of the metallographic analysis.

Each blade must be tested by the X-ray flaw detection method for reliable quality and safe operation.

The impeller has been dynamically balanced twice: on the hub and on the whole impeller. The balance quality grade reaches ISO G2.5 (higher than the

national standard of ISO G5.6). The fan has stable operation with low vibration level.

The fan is tested on impeller overspeed, mechanical performance, vibration, air performance before leaving the factory to ensure the operational stability

and reliability.

The blades are mounted on the hub with high-strength bolts for durable and reliable operation. The fan housing is constructed of heavy gauge steel plates

and wholly welded with high strength.

每个叶轮均经过高品质的叶轮动态平衡检测,叶轮运转安静平稳。

High Efficiency and Low Sound

The Model YFMRT fan uses latest aerodynamics technologies in the aviation industry represented by the airfoil blades of optimum air performance. The design is optimized through CFD simulation and experimental verification to ensure the air performance conforms to the flow field characteristics with great efficiency, wide performance range of high efficiency and low sound ensured.

The Model YFMRT fan is designed with streamlined inlet guard and rear guide vanes for improved flow filed, greater efficiency and lower sound.

The blade pitch is statically adjustable to meet the changing operating conditions and ensure the impeller always operates in the performance range of high efficiency.

Each impeller has been dynamically balanced for quiet and stable operation.

耐高温性能

根据地铁隧道的使用要求,可选用耐高温电机,设计气流温度达到280℃时连续运行至少

1小时(高于国家标准250℃/1h),不会出现机械、电气或结构方面的故障,紧急状态下

用于消防排烟。

High Temperature Resistance

Motors resistant to high temperature can be used for metro and tunnel scenarios. The Model YFMRT fan

is designed to run for at least 1 hour under 280°C (above the national standard of 1 hour under 250℃)

without mechanical, electrical or structural failures, making it suitable for emergency smoke removal.

防喘振设计

由于列车运行会产生活塞风,可能导致风机的运行工况发生变化,为防止风机因失速而发

生喘振,风机专门设计与其相匹配的防喘振装置。该防喘振装置专利技术,具有优异的防

喘振性能,确保风机无喘振运行。

Anti-surge Design

The piston wind generated during subway train operation may cause changes in the operating conditions

of the fan. To prevent stall and surge, a patented anti-surge unit has been designed for the fan to operate

without surges.

Compact Design and Easy Maintenance and Installation

The rear guide vanes and airflow guiding unit help minimize the length of housing and create a compact design while maintaining the optimum fan performance.

The fan is direct driven with low maintenance and no quick wear parts.

The grease tube leading all the way from the grease nipple to the fan housing makes greasing and maintenance much easier.

The vibration isolators are right chosen to meet metro, tunnel and other application scenarios.

结构紧凑、安装维护方便

风机由叶轮、电机、机壳、防喘振装置、集(导)流器、固定支架、减振器等部件组成;分卧式安装和立式安装两种安装形式

风机叶轮:由轮毂、叶片组成,采用优质高强度铝合金压铸而成,通过热处理、X光射线探伤、拉伸试验和金加工,动平衡校验。叶

片角度静态可调,停机后拧松叶柄螺栓,调节叶片角度,从而使风机的流量和压力适应不同的使用工况。

风机配套电机:采用IP55防护等级、H级绝缘,防湿热型,电机轴承采用SKF、NSK进口品牌轴承,注油孔、排油孔,轴温报警传感

器,末端全封闭式。接线盒安装在风机外壳。

风机壳体:优质钢板加工而成,叶轮装配段内壁经金属切削加工以保证控制叶片的径向间隙,机壳长度和重量以降低到最低(小)值

为目标进行设计,机壳表面热浸镀锌或油漆处理,抗腐蚀性强。

风机导叶:为静态安装,以尽可能考虑最大的效能和最小的体积。

风机安装支架:确保风机整机强度的前提下,使其达到重量轻和安装方便的要求。

防喘振装置:可以防止风机发生喘振的现象,保证风机长期在稳定状态下运行,特别在隧道紧急状态下,保证安全、可靠。

风机拆装维修方式:风机维护保养时,只要先拆掉风机两端的软接管(将其塞到风机段或扩压段)和风机某端的空间段,拧松固定地

脚螺栓,即可任意移动风机位置进行维修。

Compact Design and Easy Maintenance and Installation

The fan consists of impeller, motor, housing, anti-surge unit, inlet bell, supports and vibration isolators. It can either be mounted horizontally or vertically.

Impeller: The impeller includes hub and blades and is die cast with high strength aluminum alloys. Heat treatment, X-ray flaw detection, tensile test,

metal processing and dynamic balancing tests have been performed on the wheel. The blade pitch is statically adjustable by loosening the clamp

bolts to ensure the airflow and pressure meet the actual operating conditions.

Motor: The motor is IP55 rated with Class F Insulation and resistant to heat and damp. The SKF and NSK bearings are used on the motor that has

an end bell. The motor has oil fill hole, oil drain hole and shaft temperature sensor. The junction box is located on the housing.

Housing: The housing is constructed of quality steel sheets. The impeller mounting section has been machined to ensure the radial clearance of

the blades. The housing is designed to have minimal length and weight and the surface has undergone hot-dip galvanizing or painting process for

corrosion prevention.

Guide Vane: The guide vane is a static part to ensure the highest possible energy efficiency and minimal size of the fan.

Mounting Brackets: The mounting brackets shall be light and easy to mount while ensuring the strength of the fan.

Anti- surge Unit: It is to protect the fan from the surge to ensure the stable and durable operation and to ensure safety and reliability in emergency

in particular.

Dismounting and repair of fan: Remove the flexible ducts connecting to the both ends of the fan and space section, loosen the anchor bolts and

then move the fan freely for repair.

YFMRT(R)系列风机型号:1250~2800,风量最大可达750,000

m³/h,全压最高达2000Pa,叶片角度静态可调,可满足不同工况条件下

使用需要。同时该系列地铁隧道轴流风机通过了国家消防强制性产品认

证,气流温度达到280℃时连续运行1h,不会出现机械、电气或结构方

面的故障,紧急状态下用于消防排烟机(执行标准GA211-2009)。

高可靠性设计

风机采用先进的FEA辅助设计反复优化及实验验证,有足够的强度安全系数;设计时充分考虑叶轮材料300℃高温下的热膨胀和强度

要求,确保紧急情况高温排烟时安全可靠运行。

风机叶轮采用先进的压铸工艺技术,铝合金叶片、轮毂经金相分析,其结构组织良好;每个叶片都必须严格经过X射线探伤检测合格,

质量可靠,保证安全运行。

风机叶轮经二次动平衡,轮毂动平衡和叶轮整体动平衡,动平衡精度达到ISOG2.5(高于国家标准5.6级),风机振动小,运行平稳。

YFMRT(R)系列为双向可逆设计,叶片设计为完全对称机翼型,以保证风机正反转性能基本相等。

Metro/Tunnel Vane Axial Fan (Reversible)-Impeller Type T

Overview

Based on a comprehensive survey of domestic as well as international metro / tunnel

projects, INFINAIR fans Model YFMRT(R) are designed through INFINAIR’s

independent research and development efforts. Boasting great performance and reliable structural design, YFMRT(R) fans feature high pressure, great

efficiency and reliability, low sound, no surge and high temperature resistance. All these features among others make YFMRT(R) fans well suited for metro /

tunnel applications.

The YFMRT(R) fans (Model 1500-2800) have a maximum airflow of 750,000m³/h and maximum total pressure of 2,000Pa. The blade angles are statically

adjustable to cover various operating conditions. YFMRT(R) fans have won China Compulsory Certification for Fire-fighting Products and will remain operational

for an hour under 280°C without any mechanical or electrical faults. They can be used for emergency smoke removal.

Great Reliability

Product Features

With the design optimized through the FEA method and experimental verification, the fan has adequate factor of safety. The impeller material has the

required thermal expansion and strength under 300°C so that the fan can operate reliably for emergency smoke removal.

The impeller adopts the advanced die-casting technology. The aluminum alloy blades and hub are well-structured by virtue of the metallographic analysis. Each blade must be tested by the X-ray flaw detection method for reliable quality and safe operation.

The impeller has been dynamically balanced twice: on the hub and on the whole impeller. The balance quality grade reaches ISO G2.5 (higher than the national standard of ISO G5.6). The fan has stable operation with low vibration level.

The fan is tested on impeller overspeed, mechanical performance, vibration, air performance before leaving the factory to ensure the operational stability and reliability.

The blades are mounted on the hub with high-strength bolts for durable and reliable operation. The fan housing is constructed of heavy gauge steel plates and wholly welded with high strength

High Efficiency and Low Sound

The Model YFMRT(R) fan uses latest aerodynamics technologies in the aviation industry represented by the airfoil blades of optimum air performance. The design is optimized through CFD simulation and experimental verification to ensure the air performance conforms to the flow field characteristics with great efficiency, wide performance range of high efficiency and low sound ensured.

The Model YFMRT (R)fan is designed with streamlined inlet guard and rear guide vanes for improved flow filed, greater efficiency and lower sound.

The blade pitch is statically adjustable to meet the changing operating conditions and ensure the impeller always operates in the performance range of high efficiency.

Each impeller has been dynamically balanced for quiet and stable operation.

Reversible Rotations within Short Switching Time

The Model YFMRT(R) fan is made to have reversible rotations. The symmetrical airfoil blades ensure the fans have similar performance in reverse rotations.

The Model YFMRT(R) fan designed with streamlined inlet guard and rear guide vanes for improved flow filed, greater efficiency and lower sound.

By minimizing the moment of inertia, time needed to start/stop the fan is quite short while ensuring safety and reliability.

The method of dynamic braking is adopted to switch the fan rotations. Tests have shown that rotations can be switched to the rated speed (by soft start) within 45S and 30S (by compensated start).

Anti-surge Design

The piston wind generated during subway train operation may cause changes in the operating conditions of the fan. To prevent stall and surge, a patented

anti-surge unit has been designed for the fan to operate without surges.

The anti-surge function is set for both forward and reverse rotations.

Compact Design and Easy Maintenance and Installation

The rear guide vanes and airflow guiding unit help minimize the length of housing and create a compact design while maintaining the optimum fan performance.

The fan is direct driven with low maintenance and no quick wear parts.

The grease tube leading all the way from the grease nipple to the fan housing makes greasing and maintenance much easier.

The vibration isolators are right chosen to meet metro, tunnel and other application scenarios.

Structure

Impeller: The impeller includes hub and blades and is die cast with high strength aluminum alloys. Heat treatment, X-ray flaw detection, tensile test, metal processing and dynamic balancing tests have been performed on the wheel. The blade pitch is statically adjustable by loosening the clamp bolts to ensure the airflow and pressure meet the actual operating conditions.

Motor: The motor is IP55 rated with Class F Insulation and resistant to heat and damp. The SKF and NSK bearings are used on the motor that has an end bell. The motor has oil fill hole, oil drain hole and shaft temperature sensor. The junction box is located on the housing.

Housing: The housing is constructed of quality steel sheets. The impeller mounting section has been machined to ensure the radial clearance of the blades. The housing is designed to have minimal length and weight and the surface has undergone hot-dip galvanizing or painting process for corrosion prevention.

Guide Vane: The guide vane is a static part to ensure the highest possible energy efficiency and minimal size of the fan.

Mounting Brackets: The mounting brackets shall be light and easy to mount while ensuring the strength of the fan.

Anti- surge Unit: It is to protect the fan from the surge to ensure the stable and durable operation and to ensure safety and reliability in emergency in particular.

Dismounting and repair of fan: Remove the flexible ducts connecting to the both ends of the fan and space section, loosen the anchor bolts and then move the fan freely for repair.

根据地铁隧道的使用要求,可选用耐高温电机,设计气

High Temperature Resistance

Motors resistant to high temperature can be used for metro and

tunnel scenarios. The Model YFMRT fan is designed to run for at

least 1 hour under 280°C (above the national standard of 1 hour

under 250°C) without mechanical, electrical or structural failures,

making it suitable for emergency smoke removal.

流风机一般用作单向通风,在特殊情况下风机反转,反转的推力值为正转推力的50%~70%;双向可逆射流风机的反向推力、风量等参

一、概述

Tunnel Ventilation Fan-Jet Impeller Type V

Overview

Based on a comprehensive survey of domestic as well as international metro/ tunnel projects, INFINAIR fans Model YFTNV/ YFTNV(R) are designed

through INFINAIR’s independent research and development efforts. Boasting great performance and reliable structural design, YFTNV/ YFTNV(R) fans

feature high pressure, great efficiency and reliability, low sound, no surge and high temperature resistance. The design, manufacturing and testing

procedures meet the requirements specified in JB/T10489-2004 Technical specification for tunnel jet fans.

YFTNV/ YFTNV(R) fans have diameter sizes ranging from 630mm~1600mm with the maximum thrust of 3,500N. YFTNV fans are unidirectional, used for

single-direction ventilation and switched to reverse rotation in special circumstances with the thrust being 50%〜70% of the forward rotation. YFTNV(R)

fans are bidirectional with the thrust, airflow and other parameters being the same in reverse rotation as in forward rotation.

The Model YFTNV/YFTNV(R) fan consists of

impeller, motor, housing, inlet guard, silencer

and mounting brackets.

YFTNV fans are unidirectional and YFTNV(R)

fans are bidirectional.

高温消防试验:由公安部天津消防试验检测中心(国家固定灭火系统和耐火构件质量监督检验中心)测试。

噪音测试:风机进出口装消声器和不装消声器均在空旷场地上进行测试(大气风速接近0时),风机声压级的测试为沿风机轴线45°

角距风机10m处测得。

风机效率:风机运行效率采用测定推力(N)及电机输入功率(kW)为定义。

风量测试、机械运行测试、振动测试、启动时间、正反转切换时间等试验检测均由我公司英飞实验室严格按国家、行业有关标准进

行,并经省级、国家级权威监督机构试验检测。

风机叶轮:叶片采用高效率、低噪音的翼型设计,轮毂和叶片均采用优质高强度铝合金压铸而成,通过热处理、X光射线探伤、

拉伸试验和金加工,动平衡校验。叶片角度静态可调。

配套电机:电机为风冷鼠笼式全封闭湿热型产品,IP55防护等级、H级绝缘;电机轴承采用SKF、NSK进口品牌轴承;电机引出线

电缆可接至风机本体机壳上的接线盒;带有润滑油加油嘴的电动机,通过润滑油管引出至风机外壳上,操作维护方便。

风机机壳、安装支架:采用数控激光、等离子下料,自动焊接后旋压成型,外表面热镀锌或涂装处理,以保证风机的强度和耐腐蚀

性。安装支架根据现场条件要求进行设计。

消声器:射流风机两端配置消声器,通常为风机直径一倍长度(1D),当噪音要求特别高时,也可以选用风机直径两倍长度的消声

器(2D);消声器外筒采用优质钢板滚圆、焊接而成,内装超细玻璃棉吸声材料,外覆平纹无碱玻璃布,内衬消声穿孔板。流线型喷

嘴改善了流场,使风机具有高的运行效率。

耐高温性能:该系列射流风机已经通过公安部天津消防试验检测中心权威检测,并取得国家消防强制性产品认证,气流温度达到

280℃时连续运行1h,不会出现机械、电气或结构方面的故障,紧急状态下用于消防排烟。

风机可逆切换:转子的转动惯量小,启动、停车时间短,射流风机能在30S内正反转切换到风机额定转速。

安装维护方便。

Impeller: Mounted with airfoil blades of great efficiency and low sound, the impellers of YFTNV/ YFTNV (R) fans have hubs and blades made of high-strength die-cast aluminum alloys. Each impeller has undergone heat treatment, X-ray flaw detection, tensile test, metal processing and dynamic balancing tests to ensure reliable quality. The blade angles are statically adjustable.

Motor: The motor is air cooled, squirrel cage and sealed type resistant to damp heat. It is IP55 rated with Class H insulation; Internationally famous bearing brands are used, such as SKF and NSK; The motor lead wire can be connected to the junction box on the fan housing; The grease tube leading all the way from the grease nipple to the fan housing makes greasing and maintenance much easier.

Fan Housing and Mounting Brackets: The laser cutting and plasma cutting processes are used. The housing is automatically welded and formed by spinning. The surface is hot-dip galvanized or coated for better fan strength and corrosion resistance. The mounting brackets are designed based on actual field conditions.

Silencers: The Model YFTNV/YFTNV (R) fan has silencers of 1 times fan diameter mounted at both the inlet and outlet ends. If sound is a primary consideration, silencers of 2 times fan diameter is recommended. The outer shell is rolled and welded with quality steel sheets. Insulation material with super fine glass fiber is placed inside the silencers between the alkali-free fibrous glass cloth on the outside and a perforated steel inner liner. The streamlined nozzle helps improve flow filed and efficiency.

High Temperature Resistance: The Model YFTNV/YFTNV (R) fan is tested by Tianjin Fire Research Institute of MPS and has obtained CCCf (China Compulsory Certification for Fire-fighting Products) certification. The YFTNV jet fan can run for a straight hour at 280 degrees without mechanical, electrical or structural failures and can be used for emergency smoke removal.

Rotation Reversible: The rotor has a low moment of inertia. The rotation can be reversed smoothly to the rated speed within 30 seconds.

Easy installation and maintenance.

Thrust Test: The test is performed on the special testing equipment designed as per ISO13350 standard.

High Temperature Resistance Test: The test is performed by Tianjin Fire Research Institute of MPS (China National Centre for Quality Supervision and Test of Fixed Fire-fighting Systems and fire-resisting Building Components).

Sound Test: The fan with and fan without silencers mounted at the inlet and outlet are both tested in open areas (when air velocity is about zero). The sound pressure level is tested at 10m at a 45-degree angle to the fan shaft.

Fan Efficiency: The fan efficiency is defined by the thrust (N) and input power (kW) of the motor.

Tests on airflow, mechanical performance, vibration, start-up time and reverse rotation are performed by INFINAIR lab in line with relevant national and industrial standards.

在地铁、公路隧道、铁路隧道等基础工程建设中,其空气质量标准、安全因素靠风机强制通排风机达到要求。就通风系统而言,

要长期保持良好的空气质量,否则对人体有害,如图说明。

一氧化碳对人体危害程度说明:

车辆连续的穿过隧道,使有毒气体不断增多,隧道内自然空气如不及时充分交换,必然导致对人体的危害(详见对人体影响危害

时间的曲线图)。因此,必须通过强制通风,将足够的新鲜空气输入隧道内,同事排除有害气体。

总之,地铁、铁路、公路隧道通风使用该风机,主要为降低CO的含量到允许值,以防止汽(柴)油发动机的废气污染,如 NO、

NO 、NO 。在紧急状态下,必须按要求控制烟雾排放,目前国际普遍采用WHO世界卫生组织的推荐值,即NO 替代原CO值作为通2 3 2

风控制的主要参数,同时还要保证车辆行驶的能见度和保证隧道内人员的逃避路径。所以,隧道通风系统必须保证事故状态下车辆和

人员的安全。YFTNV/YFTNV(R) 系列射流风机其安全可靠性、正反转、耐高温等特点均考虑了这一方面,特别在耐高温方面,该系

列射流风机已通过国家消防试验检测合格,可耐高温280℃/1h(高于国家标准250℃/1h),并取得了公安部消防产品合格评定中心颁

发的3C认证证书。产品出厂前,对风机进行全性能试验,以确保产品质量。

隧道通风系统设计和产品选型依据:

1、交 通隧道原则上可分为三类:即地铁、公路隧道、铁路隧道。

2、常 规运行及紧急状态下运行安全性、可靠性的先决条件是安装确保各系统之间协调并充分发挥作用的环控系统。

A 机械系统:通风、消防、排污 B 动力系统:供电、输配电、警急电力

C 灯光系统:通灯照明、局部照明、荧光指示 D 通信系统:电话、无线电、计算机终端

E 交通系统:灯光、信号、标志、监视 控制系统:交通状况和设备运行状况的监控 F

3、隧 道通风系统可以有如下三种基本方式或可采取混合方式。

① 纵向通风系统:这是最基本的通风方式。新风气流从隧道入口端流向出口端,沿隧道纵向无需安装通风管道。该通风方式一般

选用可逆转射流风机。将风机安装在隧道顶部或侧面,可两个方向全面通风,以达到双向通风或控制烟雾;若隧道较长则必须

加中央送、排风竖井,竖井与大气相联,组成混合通风方式。

② 全横向通风系统:沿隧道方向设置送、排风道,新风集中从风亭采集,排风集中从风塔排除,一般将送风道设置在路面以下,排

风道设置在车道上部,送风道与排风道每隔一定间距设有送、排风口,在事故工况下沿隧道横断面及时排风,由此抽出烟雾。

③ 半横向通风系统:该系统又可区分为送风型半横向通风方式和排风型半横向通风方式,一般采用排风型半横向通风方式,新风

从洞口进入,排风相似全横向通风系统。

4、隧 道通风应考虑的因素:

●车辆摩擦系数(在最劣势的条件下计算车辆运动或活塞风效应)

●最劣势条件下洞外风速对出、入口的影响

●隧道地形、位置(坡度、海拔)

●发生火警时所需的推力(温度、压力、时间)

② 隧道压降(Pa)理论转换为射流风机所需的推力(N)

●射流式通风机的推力是风机进口与出口的动量变化,即风机推力为:

Ns=C1×质量流量×气流速度(N)

式中:Ns=(LSO)N值

C1=经验修正系数

质量流量=空气密度×体积流量

●隧道中使用的射流风机与隧道内气流之间的相对速度、隧道内摩擦系数和同组平行布置影响有关,所以,射流风机

的有效推力为:

Ne=Ns×(1-Vt/Vj)C2×C3

式中:Ne=风机有效推力(N)

Vt=隧道内风速(m/s)

Vj =射流速度(m/s)

C2=隧道内摩擦系数

C3=同组平行布置流向损失

(该损失如风机机组之间相隔风机直径100倍,使射流速度不影响顺气流方向的运行条件可以不考虑)。

Applications:

The air quality and safety inside the metro and tunnel projects rely on the ventilation system. The chart above illustrates the effects of carbon

monoxide on the human body.

How Carbon Monoxide affects the human body:

A constant stream of cars running in the tunnel leads to an accumulation of poisonous gases. If not exchanged with fresh natural air, they will have

harmful effects on health (the chart above shows it in detail). So it is important to send in enough clean air into the tunnel and exhaust the poisonous

gases.

YFTNV/YFTNV(R) fans can be used in the metro, railway and tunnel projects to reduce the CO concentration to the allowable level and prevent the

exhaust pollutions, such as NO, NO2 and NO3. According to the recommendations from the WHO, the amount of Nitrogen oxides (NO2) has

become the indicator in measuring the efficiency of the ventilation system. Minimum visibility is also required inside the tunnel. Emergency exits

have to be well indicated and visible. Thus, the tunnel ventilation system is required to ensure safety in the event of fire or other accidents.

YFTNV/YFTNV(R) fans fit in with the features of reliability, forward and reverse rotations and high temperature resistance. The fans have been

tested and certified to run 1 hour under 280°C (above the national standard of 250°C / 1h) . CCCf (China Compulsory Certification for Fire-fighting

Products) certificate issued by China Certification Centre for Fire Products Ministry of Public Security has also been obtained. Tests have been

performed on fans to ensure their optimum performance before leaving the factory.

1. Tunnels can be categorized into metro, road tunnel and rail tunnel.

2. Reliability and safety under both normal and emergency conditions are vitally important to the tunnel ventilation system. But first a comprehensive environmental control system shall be established to ensure that all subsystems coordinate well and function properly. A. Mechanical System: ventilation, fire protection and drainage B. Power System: power supply, power transmission and distribution and emergency power C. Lighting System: all-area lighting, local lighting and fluorescent indicator D. Communication System: phone, radio and computer terminal E. Transport System: light, signal, sign and monitoring F. Control System: traffic status and equipment status

3. In designing tunnel ventilation system, there are three forms of systems to choose from: I. Longitudinal ventilation system: This is the basic form. The fresh air flows through the tunnel, requiring no ducts. Reversible jet fans are generally used here, mounted at the top or sides of the tunnel for bi-directional ventilation. For a long tunnel, there also shall be vertical shafts for ventilation. II. Transverse ventilation system: Along the tunnel are set up supply ducts that generally are located under the roadway and exhaust ducts that generally are located above the lanes. Fresh air is collected from the ventilation pavilion and air is exhausted through the ventilation tower. Both the supply inlets and exhaust outlets are spaced for exhausting smoke timely. III. Semi- transverse ventilation system: This system can be classified into semi-transverse supply method and semi- transverse exhaust method which is the mainly adopted method. The fresh air is pumped into the tunnel through adits. The way air is exhausted is similar to transverse ventilation system.

4. Factors to be considered in tunnel ventilation:

6. Calculations of thrust required in the tunnel ventilation system: 1. Factors to be considered for thrust calculation:

● Resistance loss at the outlet and inlet

● Friction factor of tunnel surface and equipment

● Friction factor of vehicles (piston effect to be considered under the extreme conditions)

● Airflow velocity outside the entrance/exit under the extreme conditions

● Geographic location of the tunnel(altitude, slope)

● Thrust required in the event of fire (temperature, pressure, time)

2 . Conversion of tunnel pressure drop (Pa) into the thrust required for the jet fan:

● The thrust required for the jet fan is the rate of change of momentum:

Ns=C1 X mass flow X airflow velocity Where, Ns=(LSO)N C1= Empirical correction factor Mass flow= Air Density X Volume

● The thrust is related to the relative airflow velocity, friction factor and layout of fans. Therefore, the effective thrust of the jet fan is:

Ne=Ns X (1-Vt/Vj)C2 X C3 Where, Ne=Fan’s effective thrust (N) Vt=Airflow velocity inside the tunnel (m/s) Vj=Jet Velocity (m/s) C2=Friction factor inside the tunnel C3=Airflow loss due to layout of fans

(This loss can be ignored if the fans are spaced at a minimum of 100 times of the fan diameter in order for the jet velocity not to affect the performance of fans mounted downstream).
