So it all began about thirty yearS ago in our grandmother’S tiny turquoiSe kitchen in the heart of St-henri. at the age or four, an age where regular kidS played with dollS & legoS, we played with dough. yeS, that’S right. our grandmother waS a phenomenal woman who babySat uS & who alSo happened to bake 24/7. her Specialty; homemade pieS of all SortS. She baked goodieS for local grocery & corner StoreS around the neighbor-hood & waS renown for her talent but never got around to Starting her own buSineSS. Sure, thiS SoundS cliché, but there were alwayS freSh pieS cooling off on the windowSill & attracting curiouS neighborS whom we would pretend to Sell them to from inSide.

by the age of ten, we could roll dough aS though we’d been doing it our whole liveS & talked about paSSing down grandma’S talent & paSSion when we got “old”, which iS exactly what we’re doing today. planting our rootS juSt a few StreetS away from the pie kitchen we were raiSed in waS the natural next Step for uS.
