Russian Language and Culture Course at Columbus North International School Purpose Teaching a Russian language course and an East European culture course to support greater study of and interest in Eastern Europe at the secondary school level. Impact Students in the courses have stated that they enjoy and appreciate learning about an area of the world and countries that are not normally covered in their other coursework. Students have visited campus to see what a real college classroom is like and have stated that it has made them think more about going to college and seeing it as a real possibility for them.
