STATE PROJECT DIRECTOR (SPD)

Composition

The SPD will consist of State Project Director and such adequate support staff as may be required for the effective functioning of the State Project Directorate. The State Project Director must be senior officer of the Rank of Commissioner/ Secretary to the Stat Government.
