The purpose of this eReport is to highlight the Rural Economic Action Plan in Central Oklahoma in 2010. REAP is a grant program funded by the Oklahoma Legislature and administered by the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) on behalf of rural communities in Central Oklahoma.
