Mission/ Vision:

Maharliccan Clan Rules and Regulations:

1. The Magickal practices of the inner circle should be kept a secret and is exclusive only to the members of the inner circle. Intellectual Information is not allowed to be posted in public websites or forums and is not meant to be shared to other practitioners.

2. Respect should be observed at all times especially to the Elder members and Leaders of the Clan. During formal gatherings (Rituals) Titles and recognitions of each member should be taken into consideration when addressing a fellow member. During rituals every member is to be addressed using their Magickal names.

3. The Maharliccan Clan will be divided into two circles an Outer Circle The Maharliccan Coven (composed of the new members and the High Priestess/ High Priest which is dedicated to the practice of Draconic Wicca) an Inner Circle (composed of the senior members of the clan, the High Magus and the Elders of the clan pursuing the study of Dragon Magick)

4. The practice of the outer circle of the clan will be subject to the approval of the members of the inner circle as well as the leader of the clan.

5. A member is not allowed to teach until he/or she earns the right to do so subject to the approval of the Elder Members and Leaders of the Clan.

6. Romantic Relationship between the members of the Clan is FORBIDDEN. All members of the clan are expected to follow a filial and platonic relationship.

7. All members of the Clan are expected to exude pride and confidence that we are followers of the Draconic Path.

8. All members of the Clan are expected to be able to explain our path, our divinity in an intellectual manner when engaged. Our spiritual beliefs, our faith is what defines us magickally and as a person so we should be tenacious in defending it not physically but with our wisdom and intellect.

9. Using Dragon Magick to cause harm to another person is subject to the approval of the Council of Dragons, the elders, the leaders of the clan and the other members as well.

10. In the event of an attack to one of our members, the situation will be studied and weighed. Both sides should be heard first before retaliating.

11. Perfect Love and Perfect trust should be observed by members at all times especially during the times that we can’t give it because each member of our Clan was not chosen by us but was chosen by the Dragons themselves. If the Dragons were able to put their trust on a person then who are we not to give it?

12. During arguments or differences in opinions between members, a council including the members, elders and leaders of the clan will be formed to settle the issue.

13. When a member decides to leave the clan a parting ritual (RITUALI DIVERTIUM) will be performed. Member will be required to submit a resignation letter and to surrender all intellectual properties to the leaders of the Clan.

14. Members are expected to attend the major rituals of the Clan. If a member is not going to be able to attend due to a valid reason the leader of the Clan should be notified.

15. Awarding of ranks will be given after a series of written and practical exams officiated by the leader of the clan and the elders of the clan.

16. A council of elders will be activated (composed of the past leaders of the clan, the present leader of the Clan) during the following circumstances:

a. Magickal Warb. Disagreement between members of the clanc. Resignation of a member of the clan

17. During Rituals every member is expected to be dressed in their ritual robes and should have their magickal tools ready at all times.
