It continues with the lancing and stamping processes ending at the actual production of parts with progres-sive stamping , utilising e.g Bihler presses.

This portfolio covers more than 30 industries worldwide; being produced at 14 sites in 7 different countries by approximately 800 employees.

With our newly developed in-house Rubber-Coated-Material Production line in Germany we are now able to offer our customers new opportunities and possibilities in the field of noise & damping materials. Through the re-volutionary process of manufacturing, sol-vents used for applying the rubber-material are reduced by approximately 90% in com-parison to conventional application of rub-ber. The positive environmental impact was such, that the “German Ministry of Environ-ment” found it eligible for government subsi-dies.

Acoustics und Safety by Coil Coating

Our foam-rubber workplace pads increase the com-fort of standing workplaces thanks to countless micro cells with millions of fine air bubbles. In addition, a thin aluminium carrier protects the soft rubber material from wear and tear. Available in rolls or strips.

Sound insulation and sound deadening boards, con-sisting of an aluminium-rubber-aluminium laminate, are ideal for insulation and sound protection in the au-tomotive sector. Due to the advantage of coil coating, these products can also be offered as rolled goods.

Home Appliances & Consumer Electronics

In the consumer market our focus is on slip-resistant and haptic surfaces, which can also be used as design elements. Applications can be found in the following areas: writing pads, protective plates, magnetic boards, trays, grip plates, off-road cladding.Our possibilities and advantages: galvanized sheets or stainless steel with rubber coating on one or both sides and texture. EPDM rubber resistant to ozone/UV., NBR rubber resistant to mineral oils.Insulation and insulation function in the areas: flaps/li-ds, equipment housing, heating, ventilation & air conditioning (HVAC), hi-fi systems, sinks as well as connecting elements, equipment feet, anti-vibration pads, floor coverings.Simplified application by providing the material with an additional adhesive layer fit for function.

Sealing, insulation and damping by coil coating

Industrial applications, with the highest demands re-garding temperature, weather resistance (UV resistan-ce-EPDM rubber), pressure, sound insulation or weather tightness are the field of applications for rubberized metal products.

Thanks to their good formability, rubber-coated metal products, which are available in rolls or strip form, are ideal for use as moulded components.
