To ‘earn the right’ is a term used in the speaking world to refer to why it is you have the right to be up there with people giving you air time. Attention is a precious gift and you are establishing your right to earn their attention. It is about credibility, experience that brought you that and the ‘why’ people should listen to what you have to say.

Sherry Strong is a Food Philosopher and Author. She is a Chef, Nutritionist, the Curator & Co-Founder of the World Wellness Project, former; Victorian Chair of Nutrition Australia, Melbourne President of Slow Food, TEDxTokyo 2009 speaker, former faculty member of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. Sherry's written & illustrated a book called 'A Return To Food - the life-changing anti-diet’. With a CV of fascinating experiences that could fill a book, more recently, she presently is the creator of the Return to Food Academy and Entrepreneurship Program where she trains Food Coaches to create fulfilling, thriving and meaningful businesses.

Sherry Strong is a passionate foodie who has dedicated her life to helping people develop a healthy relationship with food, their body and the planet. Through over 40 years of keen observation of her own eating behaviours and that of many of her clients, she knows all too well the struggle to eat well and guilt free. Having been twice her present size and having lost the weight without dieting, she has also learned the secrets to permanent weight loss, energy hacking, disease symptom reversal and guilt free eating. Sherry Strong is the Food Coaches Coach. After starting her cooking school the Foodlover’s Workshop in Melbourne Australia in 1993, she went on to be a regular internationally; in media including glossy magazines, television and the speaking on stage including TEDxTokyo. She’s been an expert guest at the Queensland Brain Institute, documentaries, in numerous books and publications, has been flown around the world to do lifestyle makeovers, write travel articles and consult to government. Sherry has authored several books, produced and presented in DVD’s and is still called on to consult with celebrities, CEO’s, elite athletes and billionaires.
