Proposal to Change UES Measure Status
• Residential Weatherization Manufactured Home and Single Family– Measures:
• Attic, Floor, and Wall insulation, and Window retrofits• Infiltration Reduction
– Current Status: Active
• The Issue: Infiltration Reduction measures do not account for the increased mechanical ventilation requirements required by the measure.– Savings are too high, costs are too low.
• Staff Recommendation– Change measure status to “Under Review” – RTF staff to work with subcommittee to come up with a proposal to estimate
savings and costs.

• Eugene Rosolie and Gillian Charles Co-leads • Met on 3/8• Initial focus on RTF-specific recommendations:– developing commercial school measures,– creating a measure design checklist to ensure small/rural
consideration in the measure and specification development,– test out a few small saver measures
• Next meeting will be late March/early April– Draft the design checklist– Review progress on school measures, small savers, and GSHP.
