The presentations should open full screen in “Show Mode”, however, if they do not: Click “Slide Show” from the toolbar and select “View Show”. You will not see the

Double-Click on a patient or Single-Click and click the [Info] button to open the patient’s electronic health record. The patient info

screen will default to the “Alerts” Module

-Or-

Single-Click to select the patient and click on the ▼ on the Info button to open the Clinical Modules

menu and go directly to the desired module

Navigate through the Clinical Modules to review patient dataTo print a Progress Note, Single-Click on the

patient and click the [Forms] button

Select “Novant Forms”Select the appropriate Progress NoteProgress Note(s) most often used can be added to your “Favorites” tab by selecting the note and

clicking the [Add to Favorite Items] button

The next time you click the [Forms] button from your patient list, the “Favorites” tab will default

to display first

Click the [View] button to preview the Progress Note or click the [Print] button

The Current Date & Time pre-prints on the Progress Note as well as a Patient LabelClick on the Magnifying Glass to see more details

Select lab results collected since MIDNIGHT will pre-print on the progress note

When multiple results of a lab test are available since midnight, the most recent result will pre-populate

You can print the progress note from the Preview screen by clicking the printer icon

Once the Progress Note is printed,

Complete the form and place on the patient chart

Log out of the workstation using the Red exit door on the UAS Launchpad
