From Gears, Girth Gears,Mill Heads, Turnnion, Pinions, Pinion Shafts, Head Stocks, Slag Pots, Mill Stands, Chocks to casing for hydro projects and more. Our industrial gears are already a name to reckon with and find application in a wide variety of industries like Sugar, Cement, Fertilizers, Power, Steel plants, Chemical, Petro-chemical, etc to name a few. Our company is one of a select few which is in a position to supply the required castings in fully finished – machined condition as per the client's drawings and other specifications under Lloyds, TPL, EIL, SGS, Bureau Veritas, Quest, etc inspection to customer satisfaction.

We are capable of manufacturing single piece castings weighing up to 35-40 tonnes in IS, BS, DIN, ASTM, GOST standards.

A reflection of our Global quality bench marking are orders from Cement, steel and Mineral industries from Africa & Middle East and also in being the preferred supplier for various multi national OEMS.

Our in-house foundry uses advanced techniques such as no-bake sand systems, computer aided design and process control and core assembly in pits, enabling manufacture of castings up to 10meters length with precision and dimensional stability.
