Contact IRO for exchange information (i.e. application) Submit the official documents such academic transcript,
Certificate of English Language Proficiency (Non-Native Speaker),
Two photographs (passport size), Letter of approval /endorsement from home university, Application form of admission (downloaded and sent via
IRO email: [email protected] ) Preferably at least two months before course starts

IRO Services
IRO provides the international students with assistance to:
provide documents to support Visa application;
apply for health insurance (if requested);
find accommodation;
afford the same academic treatment and access to facilities as regular students;
provide any further necessary support or assistance; and
help solve any problems which might arise

The length of student exchange study and program types
under the Guidelines are classified into the following
categories:
