Terms & ConditionsTo avoid any misunderstandings, we ask that you read through the terms and conditions before comfirming your Function.

Reservations/DepositFor any reservation a $150 deposit needs to be made either at the time, or within 7 days prior to the booking. It is at the RoyalCricketers Arms discretion to cancel a reservation if a deposit has not been made within this period. All deposits are non refundableand count towards your final bill.

Hire Charges (This is in addition to the Deposit)Group bookings may hire a specific area of the Royal Cricketers Arms for their event and may incur a hire fee. If you require the backbar to be opened, additional charge applies; however note the bar will be open to all patrons. The members area is not available forhire on Sundays.

Function Packages/PaymentsFinal choices for function packages must be made 7 days prior, you can make last minute changes upto 24 hrs before, but we cannot

guarantee them. Final payments can be made at the time of the function. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos and Amex. NOcheques. Prices will be confirmed with final function detail. You will be charged for this final number, even if you have less guestsattending.

Food/BeveragesWith the exception of function cakes under no circumstances will the Royal Cricketers Arms hotel allow any function to bring anyfood or beverage into the Royal Cricketers Arms.

DecorationPlease check with management regarding decoration ideas before attaching to walls. At no time is confetti of any style allowed; acleaning charge of $50 will apply if this is not adhered to. Any delivery of equipment for functions must be previously arranged andconfirmed with management otherwise will not be accepted onto premises or signed for.

Responsible Service of AlcoholThe Royal Cricketers Arms practices the responsible service of alcohol. Intoxicated guests will not be served. It is a requirement oflaw that intoxicated persons are removed from the licensed premises. Management reserves the right to end any Function that are

breaking the rules and that are acting in a non acceptable manner.

Due to underage and intoxication issues the Royal Cricketers Arms will not cater for 18th birthday parties. A minor is de-fined by lawas any person under the age of 18 years of age. This definition extends to babies and toddlers. Minors are permitted in certain areasof the hotel where accompanied or in the immediate presence of an adult. All minnors must be accompanied by an adult when movingthrough the hotels restricted zones.

Security services will be required when deemed necessary by the hotel, at the cost of the Function Host.

DamagesThe Hirer is financially liable for any damage to the Royal Cricketers Arms fixtures or fittings whether sustained through their own

actions, or through the actions of their guests, contractors or sub-contractors, including when bumping into or out of the venue. Noitems are to be attached to the walls, doors, windows or any other surface within the venue.

Insurance/Public LiabilityUnder no circumstances will the Royal Cricketers Arms take responsibility for any items brought by the Hirer and guests into thevenue. It is the Hirers responsibility to ensure the security of their equipment and guests possessions while on the premises of thevenue.The Royal Cricketers Arms hereby advises the Hirer that the Royal Cricketers Arms will not take responsibility for lawsuits ordamages incurred to anyone.
