Pre-meeting Members have to book a place and confirm they have no symptoms and will abide by rules
All members are aware of the need to not attend the run if they are showing any symptoms of COVID or
have been in contact with a person displaying signs or has tested positive
Routes Staggered start with the quicker runners going first
Runners can maintain distance between each other on route
Route is away from urban streets so contact with the public can be minimized
Route contains good paths to allow social distancing to be maintained. The narrowest paths are along Chorlton Brook where single file may be necessary.
