Negative points:1. Absence of the HR member 2. Absence of a photographer, multimedia member attended but there wasn’t a

camera to take photos of the session3. Some participants weren’t told about the session at all

4. No one was present responsible for calling the participants who didn’t show up so I called some of them and the PM also called some so maybe other participants didn’t know about the session’s time as we didn’t call all of them

5. The session started late as the attendance wasn’t as expected due to the previous reasons

6. No one was informed if it’s one session or there is other ones so there was different talks about this issue and the participants were asking
