General informationThe hub consists of four floors:

• the lower ground housing an informal Kirkdale heritage centre with bistro providing free public access.

• the upper ground floor provides business space, and a reception and conference room. This area has undergone full heritage restoration, providing a professional and impressive introduction to visitors and clients.

• first and second floor – a range of flexible office and desk space to allow each business to function and grow.

Rotunda excels at providing a comfortable and supporting environment. The business centre will reflect this non-corporate approach. We are inviting in the first instance local people, art and media, social enterprises and community interest companies to take up space. We envisage creating a happy hub of complimentary businesses that can potentially work collaboratively when desirable and we will provide business specific support to our tenants who need to plug some knowledge gaps.
