ORGANIZATIONThe athletes will be accompanied and supervised by the club members during all activities.

For the Sports Program days the athletes will be housed at the Sporting club Mondodomani

court, the pool and the restaurant for lunch.

PROGRAM SPORTS PROGRAM 12 male athletes From Monday June 22th to Saturday June 27th 2015 Age: 15-16 years of age. Length: 11 days with arrival on Friday June 19 th and departure Monday June 29 th 2015.Selection procedure: send a video where you play “one-on-one” with an adversary of your same age. Hospitality offered by Rotarian families. Expenses paid by the participant : �ght expenses and a contribution fee of 150€.

In the afternoon they will be transferred to the Legnano Basket facilities that are fully equipped for playing Basketball. During the week dinner is foreseen with the hosting family.

“BASKETBALL” Legnano Summer Camp

June 19th – June 29th, 2015

Host Country / Club Parchi Alto Milanese Rotary Club (MI) in collaboration with R.C. Castellanza

Location Legnano – (MI) and surrounding communities

Program and camp purpose High level basketball camp, Legnano The athletes will be accommodated free of charge by the Rotary

Parks Alto Milanese and will have the opportunity to attend a basketball camp high level with qualified coaches, as well as have the opportunity to discover the beauty of our region. The event will culminate in a triangular against under 17 teams. The tournament will take place on 26

th and 27

th June at the Pala Parma in Legnano.

All these activities will organized by the above mentioned Rotary club and their responsible will accompany and follow the participants. Detailed program will be sent to all participants. (see the attached brochure)

Participants Total of 12 athletes Candidates should : - Be male playing basketball - Send us a video where you play “one-on-one” with an adversary

of your same age (see the entry “acceptance and enrollment”)

We will reply with all the necessary instructions, because before we can accept your application, you must send us a video where you perform the same exercises you will see in the that we will make them available via weblink. This requirement should guarantee a team of athletes with more or less the same capabilities. Within a week after publishing your video we will give you an answer: If affirmative, you must complete the application by filling-in the “Application Form” in addition to all the necessary documents we will indicate you

Payment 150 Euro, via bank transfer, due at confirmation (no fees have to be charged to our account) All the other costs and duties shall be borne by the organizing Rotary Group, obviously with the exception of your possible personal expenses (presents, postcards, etc.).

Insurance Payment

As Rotary rules, all students must be insured for personal liability and against damages in case you suffer an incident, according to what Rotary Code of Policy states. This insurance is MANDATORY , we will not accept students who cannot prove they have one. Please ask your Rotarian officer if outbound students are already insured by the sending district. In case they are not, and you have a personal insurance, you have to check if it meets the minimum required amounts. Please send us copy of the insurance as soon as you have it.
