Experience: A minimum of 3 month’s
relevant hospitality experience is

• If successful, candidate is invited to a training

THE INTERVIEW
THE TRAINING ASSESSMENT
1. We run training assessments from our offices in Old Street, Manchester & Birmingham.
2. Firstly, candidates are given context on ROTA and are presented about our extremely high expectations and the in-app procedures.
3. Candidates are then tested on core-competencies of hospitality service during a practical assessment of:
5 Star Table service
Including setup, preparation, service (carrying 3 plates) & clearing (4 plates minimum)
5 Star Events table service
Including synchronised services
5 Star Drinks service
Including wine/champagne pouring and tray handling
