VARIETALS: 60% Sangiovese 30% Cabernet Sauvignon 10% Merlot

CELLARING: 3-4 years

ALCOHOL: 13.0%

VINIFICATION: The must is left on the skins for 6-8 days, in order to extract color. It is then placed in special tanks where fermentation is completed in 8-10 days at 18°-20° C. The wine is then aged for 11 months in a combination of large oak casks and smaller barriques (2/3 French & 1/3 American).

REGION: IGT Toscana - Provinces of Siena, Florence, Pisa, Pistoia

TASTING NOTES: An intense red color with a fragrant bouquet of floral and violet notes. The beautiful aromas convey sensations of fullness and complexity with a note of ripe berries that gives way to chocolate and nuances of dark earthy tones. It is harmoniously rich in structure but bold in the finish.

This wine is suitable for the entire meal.Excellent with salted pork meats, cheese, pasta dishes, white and red meat.
