Spectacular exotics such as the Travellers Tree should be increased.

Only one has recently been replanted.

Palm varieties have decreased in the gardens, as these pictures show.

No Royal Palms have been replanted.

There has only been the repetitious planting of Golden Palms and Merrill’s Palms in past decades.

This has been used as an excuse for the state of the Gardens……..but that was 25 years ago.
