All of our Wedding Packages include the following: • Red Carpet entrance with Welcoming glass of Champagne for Wedding Party
• Complementary non-alcoholic Fruit Punch, Tea/Coffee, Soft Drinks, Assorted Biscuits, Chocolate Fountain with

• Personal attention at all times from Norella to ensure your day is everything it should be. We will work with you to
plan and co-ordinate every aspect of your wedding.
• Complementary Evening Buffet: Tea and Coffee, Sandwiches, Chicken Goujons and Cocktail Sausages
• Complementary Glass of House Wine with Meal, and should you wish to provide a top-up glass on the Rose Or
Fuchsia packages, this will be charged at €12.00 per bottle. Should you wish to provide your own wine, we will not
charge corkage on the wine you supply, however, you will be providing wine for the 1st glass also. The Tulip & Orchid
Menu Options include a top up glass as part of the package.
• Special Accommodation Rates for your Guests with 2 Complementary Bedrooms. Norella will advise you of the rates.
• Assorted Canapés for your Arrival Reception are available at €2.50 per person & Afternoon tea option is available at
€5.00 per person. Norella will discuss this in more detail with you.
Registered for Civil Ceremonies The following Terms & Conditions apply to all Weddings
1. Prices quoted are inclusive of service charge, room hire & VAT
2. A provisional booking will be held for a maximum of two weeks after which date, if it is not secured by means of
deposit, will be released automatically. Your wedding date is only confirmed upon receipt of deposit and issuance of
confirmation letter by the hotel.
3. A non-refundable deposit of €1000.00 is required to secure Wedding date and this amount must be paid at least 1 year
before the wedding date. Please speak to us regarding our deposit system.
4. Approximate numbers must be provided at least 2 weeks before the wedding, with final numbers submitted 4 days
beforehand. The final numbers provided will form the basis of the minimum numbers charged for. Full outstanding
account to be paid on the morning after your wedding.
5. A block of 20 discounted Bedrooms will be held for the guests for the night of the wedding. Bedroom reservations are
only taken with credit card details and are subject to availability. Please note, that due to other contracted business for
the hotel, that initially these 20 rooms is the only accommodation that we can guarantee
Rooms not individually guaranteed 4 weeks prior to your wedding date will be released back for general sale.
6. The Earl recommends that sitting times of Main Meals should be no later than 6.30pm and we also ask that you do a
seating plan for your guests, especially in the case of larger weddings. Norella will discuss this in more detail with you. We
also highly recommend that the speeches are after you and your guests have had their meal. Should you wish to have them
prior to the meal, we would ask you to reiterate to all speakers to adhere to the timeframe that we have agreed with you, to
ensure that the quality of the food being served to your guests remains at the high quality that we are accustomed to.
7. No food items, except your Wedding cake, may be brought into the Hotel.
8. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel an event in the following cases;
A) The Hotel believes the booking might prejudice the reputation of the Hotel.
B) The Hotel receives evidence that the clients are unable to financially meet the wedding cost.
C) That if another Party hosting the event is not the Party who booked the event.
9. As your Wedding day is important to us, to enable the Hotel to professionally attend to you, it is recommended that you
give the Hotel forward advance notice of your intention to call for a personal consultation. Mark or Norella will meet with
you to discuss any matter.
10. Minimum final numbers of 120 adults apply on our standard priced wedding packages.
Special offer packages require a minimum of 150 adults for the final numbers.
