Store Concept

Unlike farmers markets that gather once every weekend selling

produce, Roots Vegan and Organic Market is open throughout the week.

Convenient for health conscious buyers that live or work in the downtown

Chicago District.

The markets main sponsors are local farms and rooftop gardens.

Since Chicago encourages garden design in the city, the educational

component I want to include in the store is the advantage of having a

rooftop garden.
