I would like to express my enthusiastic support for the development of the SalvCidoran Community Corridor on Vermont Boulevard between 11'" street and Adams Boulevard and Washington Boulevard between Normandie Avenue and Hoover Street.

Los Angeles has the largest Salvadoran population in all of the United States. As with other similar areas, such a neighborhood designation is expected to bring improved cultural awareness, expanded services, economic development. and investment projects to the area, as well as instill a sense of community pride.

As this project gains more momentum, remember that you have my full support. and I look forward to its successful completion.

I wish you the best of luck and please do not hesitate to contact me or my staff if I can be of any further assistance

Thank you very much.
