Greetings, At the request of Stephen Masini this writer performed a visual survey of the roof and building exterior areas covering the Insurance Building on June 24, 2008 to evaluate the condition of the roof and building exterior.

Photograph 13: Coating tracks from a seagull jumping into the wet coating and walking up to the top of the parapet. Contractor believes he can attempt to try and clean with warm soap and water.
