GO POOLThe Crescendo Pool is, perhaps, our most breathtaking venue. The bride will enter the ceremony through a waterfall, without getting a drop of water on her, continuing her specular walk around the pool toward her awaiting fiancé and guests. The Ceremony will take place facing the magnificent three-tier waterfall. This area can seat 80 guests.*

THE GAZEBO CHAPELThe Gazebo Chapel is the perfect setting for an enchanted, romantic garden ceremony. The ivy cover gazebo is surrounded by towering palm trees and accented by colorful garden flowers. It is comfortably nestled behind the Garden Chapel to create a secluded and private stage for your special day. This venue can seat up to 100 guests.*

LOCATIONSGARDEN CHAPELThis elegantly modern indoor venue gives you the comforts of the indoors with easy access to the lush gardens and cascading waterfalls. It is decorated in pinks and tans with crystal embellishments that give the perfect kiss of luxury when you say I do. The area can comfortably seat 60 guests.

PARADISE FALLSParadise Falls is the ideal venue for a small, intimate ceremony. The picturesque waterfalls and lush greenery provide the perfect backdrop for your ceremony. This serene, secluded venue is perfect for about 15 or fewer guests and is standing room only.

WEST LAWNSurrounded by a variety of trees, lush greenery and fresh flowers, the West Lawn is the place to be married for those who envision a location of distinction. A lovely, white gazebo is the centerpiece of this perfect backdrop for your special day. The West Lawn seats up to 150 guests.*

WEDDING FAQSREHEARSALS Formal rehearsals are available upon request. Prices vary based on location.

DEPOSITS Flamingo Las Vegas requires a 50% non-refundable, nontransferable deposit at the time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your ceremony date. You may use cash, credit card, cashier’s check, money order or personal check.

SCHEDULING CHANGES The date or time of the wedding may be changed once, for a fee of $150, provided the request is made at least 30 days before the scheduled ceremony.

CANCELLATIONS Deposits are non-refundable. Forfeiture of full payment occurs when cancellations are given with less than 30 days’ notice.

OUTSIDE VENDORS A fee of $150 per vendor will be charged whenever vendors other than those contracted by Flamingo Las Vegas are brought in to provide services and/or products. Outside vendors include the minister, photography, videography, music and floral.

INCLEMENT WEATHER In the event of inclement weather, outdoor weddings will be moved to an alternate indoor location at the nearest available time.

SAME SEX COUPLES Same sex couples may have different floral arrangements or Spa Credits options for hair and make-up packages. See your coordinator for details.

PROMPTNESS The bride and her attendants should arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony in the Garden Chapel building or as directed by your wedding coordinator. The groom and wedding quests should arrive at the ceremony location 15 minutes prior to the ceremony. In the event that your wedding party arrives late, we may reschedule your ceremony at the next available time for a $150 fee.

MINISTERS Ministers at the Garden Chapel come from a variety of backgrounds and faiths. The minister’s fee is a minimum of $75 and is payable in cash on your wedding day. If you choose to write your own ceremony or reserve a specific minister, a charge of $150 is assessed.

MARRIAGE LICENSES You must obtain a marriage license from Clark County, Nevada prior to your wedding ceremony. Out-of state marriage licenses are not accepted. For renewal ceremonies, the minister will need a copy of the original marriage license.

Fees must be paid in cash and a valid photo ID is required. There is no waiting period; blood tests and appointments are not required. If you have been previously married, you will be asked to provide the country, state, and year in which your divorce was finalized.
