The Sanctuary Lamp which burns in church near the tabernacle, the
reminder of our Lord’s presence in the Most Holy Eucharist, burns in
loving memory of:
May he now be resting in the peace of the heavenly kingdom!
The hosts and wine, which will become the Holy Body and Precious
Blood of our Lord, were given in loving memory of:
May he also be resting in the joy of God’s
presence!

Saturday cleaners
Each Saturday, starting at 8:00am, a group of
men and women gather to clean our church.
It is a wonderful way to meet people, keep the
Lord’s House clean as well as get those
volunteer hours completed for Confirmation.
Come join Father ST and our group as we are
dedicated to keeping true the cliché:
“Cleanliness is next to Godliness!”
Men and women of all ages are welcome. There
is no heavy lifting, just need to bring some
elbow grease!
ADULT CHOIR
Labor day
The Parish Center Office will be
closed on Monday,
September 5th for the holiday.
The Adult Choir which sings at the 11:30am Mass will resume rehearsals beginning on Thurs-
day, September 8th from 7:30-9:00pm in the church. The choir welcomes new members who
enjoy singing and would like to share their God-given voice. Please contact our Director of
Music Kelly Dachisen at 973-997-3307 for more information.
Knights of Columbus fair booth
Thank you to all of the Knights of Columbus and
Columbiettes, their families and parishioners
who donated so many hours to work at the NJ
State Fair and contribute to the success of the
Knights of Columbus Food Booth. The Knights of
Columbus always distributed the profits from the
booth to many charitable organizations in the
county including Saint Joseph Parish.

Your church!
The opportunity to give the Holy Body and Precious Blood of Jesus to other members of our community is a beautiful part of our faith. Please pray about this and contact the rectory if you feel called to this minis-try. Training will be held on Thursday, October 13 at 7:00 pm in church.
Readers training
Do you feel called to proclaim God’s Word? We are in need of a few more Readers for Sunday Masses. Please pray about this and call the rectory if you feel this ministry is right for you so we can plan for the training. Reader training will be held on Thursday, October 20th at 7:00pm in the church.
