Valerian: It is use to treat for tranquilizer and sleep aid.

Chamomile: It is a mild sedative or relaxant that may help with nausea of migraine and some digestive problem.

Peppermint: It is used for to treat digestive problems.

Garlic: It help to lower blood cholesterol, blood pressure and diabetes.
