ROHIT PRECISION TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, is the one of the new unit of VASANT

GROUP. Company has installed most advanced Aluminium extrusion plant with various

modern handling equipments to produce best quality products.

Company has in-house foundry which includes Gas fired Melting furnace which is

enviroment friendly including fully automated hot top casting technology due to that

company is able to produce high refined closed grain castings in uniform manner & oxide

free logs which gets final results in superior finish on extrusions.

Company has its own tool room facility for making extrusion dies in-house, such as

EDM Wirecut, VMC & lathe machine.

Company has a state of the art Powder coating line in-house in which online pre-

treatment process with anodizing done in 9 tank sequence in fully PLC based controller. Also

automatic conveyorised coating is installed for sections upto 6 meter length. The entire

process of powder coating is as per international QUALICOAT Standards.
