RODGERS LEASK COMPANY PROFILE TOWN CENTRE DEVELOPMENT

Rodgers Leask has undertaken a number of town centre developments over the years. In particular we are currently involved with two projects both with confirmed values of £30 and £40 million. The projects are at differing stages of development with one being at the detailed design stage while the other is currently at concept stage. Both projects involve a mix of different sectors with the major areas being retail, multi-storey car parking, residential, hotels and leisure facilities.

Rodgers Leask have investigated and chosen a number of different design options typical of this kind of development ranging from reinforced concrete frames for the multi-storey car parks and retail blocks to steel framed solutions.

With reference to retail, residential, hotel and leisure sectors, more detailed examples of our work can be found within this profile under the relevant sections. Please also note that while no separate section exists on our expertise within the multi-storey and street level car parking sectors all of the aforementioned project sectors have included varying degrees of this type of work.
