Ingredients: 200 g strong, streaky, smoked bacon ca. 450 g barley coarsely ground wholemeal bouillon lard spices (salt, wild herb)

Instructions: Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces and rander the fat down. Than took it

out.Wash the coarsely ground wholemeal well. After that, fry it in the fat until brown and pout it with boiling hot clear soup. Cook it with wild herbs and a little bit salt ca. 2 hours by small flame. Frequently stir it and give to the pot the whole time clear soup more. Ad the end give the steaky bacon into it again.

(200 g fester durchwachsener, geräucherter Speck- ca. 450 g Gerstenschrot- Fleischbrühe- Schmalz- Gewürze (Salz, Wildkräuter)

Speck in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden, in einem großen Topf auslassen, herausnehmen.Gut gewaschenes Schrot im Fett anbraten und mit kochender Brühe aufgießen. Mit reichlich Wildkräutern und wenig Salz ca. 2 Stunden bei kleiner Flamme köcheln lassen. Häufig umrühren (setzt leicht an) und immer wieder kochende Brühe nachgießen (mehrere Liter). Zum Schluss den ausgelassenen Speck wieder hinein geben..)
